Peter Kofler, Organist in St. Michael, München, spielt die Sinfonia "Wir danken Dir, Gott, wir danken Dir" von Johann Sebastian Bach in einer Orgelbearbeitung von Harald Feller. Dazu gibt es wieder beeindruckende Aufnahmen aus der Michaelskirche in der Münchner Innenstadt.

So far perhaps the best rendition of this piece on TH-cam that I have found. Your interpretation is the most robust, forceful, yet sensitive to the inner meaning of the piece, in my opinion. Thank you for offering to us such a well done, and may I say, masterful performance.

Auch diese Aufnahme ist erneut Beleg, daß sich St. Michael - meiner Meinung nach - zum "Orgelzentrum" Münchens entwickelt hat. Hier steckt wirklich viel Engagement und Liebe ´drin, die dem Zuhörer schönste Konzerte bescheren. Hier passt alles. Vielen Dank dafür!

masterfully done! I used to play this (not terribly well) on a two manual organ at my church. I really like it when there is an orchestra playing along. And I WANT those shoes! 😁
