Excellent performance.
Captured the emotion and struggle portrayed in the movie.
When I saw the movie in Bryan, Texas in 1985, there were six people in the theatre. Three were teenage girls who thought this was a David Bowie Concert video. They left after the opening scenes.
Those who remained were treated to a powerful understanding of humanity as described in Laurens VanDer Post's novel.
"There are times when victory is very hard to take".
