Whereas you can enroll limited purpose FSA and HSA

Like Arthi Prem mentioned, we cannot select both in same year. In HDHP, it’s smarter to select HSA only. It protects you long term for sure.

Yes you can, if you opt for both HSA and FSA, you only use FSA for dental & vision and HSA for medial. If one has been used completely then you can use the other for all.
