As a 00s kid- growing up with minimal interest in mgs because it just seemed like a war military game that I wasn't interested in as a young peppy girl. But at the time I only saw cousins and cool teenaged neighbors playing it. In turn those memories influenced me to try it out and boy did I fall in love. Years later now, this fondness is still going strong👍

i played mgs 1,2,3,5. planning to play ground zero and peace walker within the months. but I have read the plot from the other games as much as possible so i am not a total noob but holy shit so many details; also feel fuzzy which leads to more questions. fml T_T .
it's alright, since i've made my comment i realized you're not supposed to take mgs so seriously. it's goofy and fun and can have moments like this, which don't take away from the more sombre, emotional or even complex scenes and themes

I love seeing our 2000's kids LOVING this game now. Just really shows that MGS is a game for the people and WILL BE for decades to come.

It was sort of implied at the end of Snake Eater, when it says Sigint joined ARPA (what DARPA used to be called)
