My 2¢ is to much work. I know you could live in and repair it so you wouldn't have to drive to and from daily while working on it! I would guess the church probably was built in the 30's or 40's and remodeled in the 70's. I definitely recognize the wood paneling..lol! It would be big enough for your family and Joey's and an other family member too...lol! But I do see money pit unfortunately. Course if you got one room ready right away then rent it out and work on another room and rent it out and so on you might could make a go of it..lol! Great video! Thanknyou!

My cousin used to make donuts for us when she was off for summer break. I think she just used pilsbury biscuit dough and made the shape, and then dunked them in oil to fry them. From what I remember they were about the best donuts I ever ate, and I've had a whole lotta donuts. lol
It's an adventure and sometimes those aren't planned ahead. I love seeing all the cool stuff from the drone. It's great that you do so many fun things with your kids. I was fortunate enough to have a good childhood and Mom was a stay at home mom. I love seeing the dogs and those squeakers LOL!
That church ⛪ is amazing. You would be surprised how easy it will be. Alot of people would help with it as well. Alot of damage to the roof ,and ceilings came down from the weather, and not being looked after for years. Love you all. Have a great day my friends ❤🙂.

I would clear the land keep the bell tower and bring in a prefab or mobile. Nice lots for the kids playing. The 2022 Mobile home you can 3 wide.
