Review: Bilt Hamber Surfex HD vs Valet Pro Citrus Pre Wash - which is the better pre wash product?

I use Bilt Hamber Surfex HD as a pre-wash at somewhere between 20:1 and 10:1...but I see a lot of citrus pre wash products out there and I wanted to give one a go to compare. Are they worth it over the amazing Surfex HD? Watch on to find out how Valet Pro's offering fairs.
