Ayep. Aanyone who's ever done anything on a hill can relate to the frustration of the heavy thing you just carried up deciding it would rather go back down.
Wood is heavy as hell...constant workout 💪 she carries that wood like it's nothing... I'd be rolling that puppy up there takin a break every two seconds lol 😂
One of the very best things about your videos is this bemused look you get on your face when the log splits like you had no idea that was going to happen but the results are pleasing for you. I don't know why that cracks me up every time, but thank you.
Always enjoy the videos brings me back to when I used to run around the woodlot chopping wood making lumber. All that fun stuff out in the bush so good for us. Wishing you and yours the very best in life. Keep following your heart in life and doing what you are doing take care 😊🪓🪵
I felt that whole range of emotions as that log you threw went from nearly laying down to catching the edge and rolling back down. "wait, what?", to "how?!", " REALLY?" and finally to acceptance. I hope it didn't go *too* far on that little trip.
Great thing about splitting wood. When the rounds do that to you you will always have something to vent the resulting frustration into. I've been a much happier man since I started chopping my own wood.
See that first one, thats the "okie dokie...." 😂 Thanks for sharing a small part of your life, Nicole. Winter is just around the corner, stay cozy tozy! 💖
Dang it @NicoleCoenen ........... you are so flipping awesome!!!" I would love to come and spend an afternoon chopping wood with you. Of course it may be problematic - my legs are knackered so you may get through more wood than me in the afternoon. You are so inspiring.
You handled carrying the wood up and it rolling back down very well. Some of us would of gone off cussing going back down the hill to get it. I know i would of if it happened to me before I learned to let things go.
Her version of “usable lengths” is very different than mine. Probably because her arms are thicker than my legs! 😅 Love the channel! Very entertaining!

If you believe the old logger (my dad) he used a double bit ax to limb. One size sharp and one side dull. The dull side snapped the libs off at the base easier and the sharp for everything else.
The "Chopping" part we used to call "Busting." Because thats a busting axe you're using to bust up the larger pieces into smaller ones for "splitting" or "chopping."
Recently did a Strongman’s Hammer at a Ren Faire and now I have a whole new level of respect for woodcutters. That shit DESTROYS your hands and arms when first starting off.

That last swing there, because of the piece in the foreground lying on its side, I honestly thought you were about to try splitting a piece across the grain...!🤦🤣 Thank God my brain just saw it wrong.😅
You know it’s serious when there’s no “Okie dokie”.
I felt like we needed a sad "okie dokie" when the round rolled away.
No more okie dokies! 🚫
I feel like the first clip could have become a perfect loop if it started half a second earlier and stood on its own.^^
Ayep.

Right!? I've had that very thing happen so many times prepping firewood....
And she does it all with a smile on her face and a sense of pleasure and accomplishment. Love it! Inspirational. 😊
The smell must be amazing. Keep up your giod work Miss
and the logs probably smell good too
The... stoic standing watching the first round flee to safety... speaks volumes. I'm guessing it was a long day, even for Nicole.
What you call limbing is "snedding" here.
When the lig rolls away its called "welll sh**"😂
You are wonderfully therapeutic Nicole, always happy after watching you do your thing 😁
I love how you smile while chopping. I do too. It feels like joy.
Her armsssss
I'm so jealous of those arms 😂
@@aliberni saaaame

It’s 90 degrees in Texas, but your vid’s are definitely getting me in the fall mood 🍁

Amazing Wood Splitting.
Love The Power.
The scenery makes me jealous.

That first one was trying to go from firewood to forest 😂
You are multi talented. Love to watch you work! ✊

Your activities and labours are compelling to watch. Bravo and encore.
So fun to watch her so happy.
Beautiful and serene actually!
She busted watched it roll down the hill in disappointment😂😂😂
Oooh to live my all life over again.

Your arms are getting really jacked

Love you Girl! Keep choppin 😎✌️
That is the most satisfying work you can do, I miss doing that in Quincy California. California cold beer at the end of the day. Best, reward.

Hard working lady! Hope you are having a wonderful weekend!!!!
It's light!!!
"What'cha doin'?"
"Just buckin' around."
AWESOME LADY
What a beautiful old tree 😢 i love chopping wood but i could never chop down a majestic tree like that... it's heartbreaking....
Whatever species it is it is very light

Only love for the first 6 seconds.
Such a mutual reaction.

😄 that chunk at the beginning rolling right back to where it was
Damn working on a hill is a bitch🪓💪
Always amazing.
That seems to be so fun and a great way to get all the anger out

What’s the secret to perfect pancakes? O-key dough-key
“Good morning! I hope you have a wonderful day today. You are so strong and smart, you are handling everything perfectly!”
And to that long that rolled back down "okie dokie!"😮😊😅😂🎉
Hilarious opening, the Sisyphus.
She is so 🔥
Oki doki❤
The look for sheer disappointment on her face when that log rolled right back down-

Au début de notre couple c'était comme ça. Maintenant je sais que je dois pas abandonner merci à toi qui m'a fait grandir.
Simple pleasures of physical labor in nature👌
Great and beautyfull AXE😊😊😊
Looks like good fun
Okie dokie ❤
Don't forget stacking and drying.
The arms never lie.
You're a BEAST!!!
I felt that initial roll-down.
That's a lot of work just to keep you warm. But also it seems like a good way to let off steam if you've got anger management issues
Nicole: "SO MUCH WOOD TO SPLIT" 🤤
Sweetheart, You're Good with Wood!❤
That looks “bucking” fun. Please excuse my “dad joke,” lol. I used to do this with my Dad and Pappaw every year until I moved away from home.
Como diría la canción, " Que nivel de mujer".
Always smiling when the chopping starts. Ever wonder what shes thinking about?
Amazing woman
Let them go honey, that chop block dont deserve you.😂🌹💪
Yeag....get it girl, you got this all day long.

Must be nice to find nice dry strait grain wood like that with just very small knots.
Oof, I felt that disappointment in the roll away log in my soul
Harvesting firewood is sustainable like that because good grief that's a lot of work. Well earned warmth and cooking fuel
Lovely
Hey m.f nice to see you again ❤
Okay no i need that first clip on a loop, because that would be funny af..
Damn, that girl is a stud. I wish my arms look like that

She is a beast
I came for the gun show 😍
Run, little log, run! The evil lady with the axe is there again! *gg*
amazing girl ❤
I also noticed the lack of "Okie Dokie", and responded with "Allll-righty then!"
Literally what I was doing an hour ago 😅
Should hire you to come to Ontario and help out
God look at those shoulders, chiseled
