At icon 1k you get a HC (was good before), beyond that is easy if you grind 'Highway Takedown' with a boosted fame effect, in 2 days you hit 2k, above 2k xp gets abyssal high, you´re better doing summits left and right, i play TC2 only on wednesdays to get the plat (last update people were hardcore players so even with 1.5 mil of points i losted the plats), this update dropped people out so i´m getting my plats lol, i personally play TC2 just casual, i grinded to 1k, but that was my grind.
ok but we are the players with tryharders that played the most and buy vanities etc etc ... so its a bit of compensation for not having icon rewards after 1000 and till grinding to the max .... moreover we cant play everyday (for a lot of players) so icon 9999 cant really finish the motorpass if we dont play :/

How are people not finishing the motor pass? With how easy the challenges are and can easily get two levels per challenge especially in the last week when all the challenges are out you can complete most challenges in one to two races and go up five even 10 levels. A couple of passes ago, I had a friend of mine at level 12 jumped in with me during the second to last week of the motor pass and he went from level 12 to level 50 in an ONE HOUR. And for me, I complete the challenges as they come out every week along and doing the summit events. Last few motor passes I've beaten them with 30 DAYS still left!!! Honestly people just want things handed to them I swear. Lol just play the game
A paid to play game with microtransactions and season pass. I'll pass! I'm sure the game might be great fun, but I will not support these greedy business practices.
Now 9999 ppl just do all daily, for 1 level per day, communit challenger for 2 level per week and summit event that give 3 levels per week and u can got all levels and free 500.000 CC at end.
I really don't see a massive difference in the new lighting while it is mid day, but you can obviously tell that it is clearly different when it is sunset and sunrise And it also really looks like they just added a filter and a different skybox with more vibrant colors.
Instead of spending those 500k CC, u can just finish non-folllowers challenges. 10 Motorstars per day will make you complete 1 lvl of motorpass per day. U can save the CC and finish your pass. It'll just take a lil bit longer than usual completing.
Also the weeks, its 80 stars (40 if there's always a follower challenge per week) each week, which means that you can complete the motorpass without buying it, then you eventually have to buy it
For me, it´s just a move to see if there are some modders on, like if someone is in Icon 300 and suddenly rise up to 9999 its like.. "Bro, we saw that..." and do some clean up, like it´s not the first time a company do this kind of things

Have any of you noticed that when you hit a small rock the car does not jump over the static rock, Before the update the car would hit the rock and vault over it. Also i thought at first the new look was good, But however i really dislke it. It hurts my eyes and seems blurry :(
Phisychs got changed, is more noticeable on the drift events (the cars drive like FD cars now), street get less grip, TC got a lot of grip added, F1 cars are extremely grip, boats and such i don´t care so i didn´t notice any differences.
I think Icon 9999 should get the crew 3 for free when it comes out... LOL
