Had to have my son move out bc he was wrecking my health. I was making important changes to address some symptoms and just get my health right in general, any progress was being hindered by all the stress. I could literally feel the damage.
Consultation with the regular doctor is not helpful. When I asked my doctor about taking those supplements , she looked at me like I'm from different planet. She didn't know what is vit. K2. That was 3 years ago when I learn about my Hashimoto, I refused to take medication. After a year of diet and taking supplements I have no Hashimoto.I lost fate in medical system. Unfortunately .
Hi , thanks for sharing your experience. Could you please guide us about a proper diet and what supplements to take to reverse this condition ? That would be really helpful.
There are so many more symptoms though. From having weak muscles and brain fog to slow digestion and eyes having a hard time focusing. It effects every single cell in the body.

lots of doctor prescribed medicine but doesn't tell you the food or nutrients that you need to balance the body and the result is temporary and doesnt cure patients
I don't think they know. If they do they don't share the information. I've been taking meds for a slow thyroid for over 30 years I never knew it could be helped to improve. I just though I was stuck with it.
@@anikomiles4260 False, everyone needs iodine because most of us has iodine deficiency. Plus all thyroid problems come from vitamin D3 and iodine etc deficiency. And I mean all, yes hyper thyroidism as well. I have or rather had hashimoto and thanks to iodine my thyroid works normal again! First rule of gaining your health again is don't believe in nearly anything what the doctors say. I chose naturopathy instead of evidence based medicine and after 6 years of taking hormone pills I don't need them anymore.
@@charlotte19100 I have Hashimotos, and anything i eat with iodine( let it be sythroid tablets, or iodized salt) triggers my thyroid and im unable to swallow anything. So yeah, not everyone as i said is ok with iodine. some people have iodine toxicity or they react to it, for some reason. I supplemented with sea kelp 1 drop, this is exactly how ( my )Hashimotos was triggered in the first place. Go figure! 🤷🏻♀️
@@anikomiles4260 I don't recommend sea kelp it's often contaminated with heavy metals (bromine, arsenic, mercury) from the sea. I'd suggest you to find a good naturotherapist nearby. This disease is curable!

Thank you for all this great information. I have been concerned for years about indications I’ve had that point to low thyroid. Thinning hair, shortened eyebrows, icy hands and feet, deep ridges on my finger nails and the nail pulling away from the nail bed on my big toe. Several doctors over the years have done the thyroid test and always tell me it’s still just within the normal range not to worry. Most recently my go told me the nail ridges are just a part of ageing and a foot doctor said don’t worry about the nail on my toe...it will grow out ok after awhile....it’s been l 1/2 years. Taking vitamin supplements have reduced the ridges quite a lot ...after a year. I’m going to send for the home test kit. I just have too many of the symptoms you mentioned to not have a source that specializes in that test and results. I might also mention my mother had 3/4 of her thyroid removed in her late 50s. / I’ve been taking most of the vitamins you suggest .....and recently quit taking the statin drugs and enjoy a grapefruit a day and lemon water as a refreshment. I feel better and monitor my b/p all thru the day and it’s lower now than when I was taking those meds they kept increasing with all their crazy side effects. Linda Linda
I seen a commercial it's a lawsuit for people with thyriod disease they said it's a few things that causes thyriod disease like non stick pans few other items but the commercial is new .
I take a supplement with selenium.. I had a Spectra Cell lab test and my selenium was low… I take digestive enzymes with bile salts.. on the Spectra Cell my Vit C was low too.. Been taking all recommended for the last 2 years ,except bile salts so will try that.fixed my hypothyroidism nearly 2 years ago.do intermittent fasting as well!!!
I got mercury poisoning from dental fillings that are half mercury. I've done tons of research on chelation and getting this horrible poison out. I have never heard of bile salts being helpful to rid the body of mercury! Definitely will try it.
Robyn, I did a 10 day challenge of a dropper of iodine red or white, in water. Fixed hot flashes, fixed diabetic neuropathy. Day 4 went to 30% less shocks. Day 10 at zero pain shocks. Repeated as they tried to come back. Several years later dose 3 to 4x per month. Dropped thy--roid m-eds- when I noticed not needed. I got bad mercury dose during removal of last filling, just before angel gave me idea to try challenge.
You can make Heavy metal detox smoothie by Medical Medium, it’s yummy and help hou get rid of mercury. It’s Banana, Barley grass powder, Spirulina powder, Wild Blueberries, Coriander, Dulse seaweed, Orange juice.
I think the scientists messed up when they numbered them. It’s only logical that T3 should convert to T4. Never could understand their thought process.
3months ago I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid - as expected low vitamin C and D, extremely high TSH and antobodies... since then I have been taking vitamin D and eating more vitamin C and now my TSH levels are in the normal (but I still have the symptoms). Who would have known 😊🤷♀️
Great video! I applied all these things a long time ago to get rid of Hashimoto and after I had Covid my blood test confirmed that my thyroid was still working very well...I don't eat gluten anymore and limit grains in my food...fasting was very helping in my case.
Yes getting gluten and grains out of my diet made a difference. Also getting rid of floride in the water. Went gluten free at 48, but did not switch to a full human diet until I read Good Calories, Bad Calories at age 52. Also watched The Oiling of America. The big symptoms of my gluten intolerance started at least by age 5. Chronic constipation. Arthritis in my knees. White pimples on my arms. Hard skin on my knees, elbows, bloating, pain, etc. When age 9 started 3 week heavy periods. Would wake up soaked with blood. I also tried the vegan death diet in my late 20s, which took my morning body temperature from normal to 94. Issues became worse, along with weight gain. I was taking kelp, selenium, etc, but did not realize my diet was a major problem. I went from the vegan death diet to the semi vegan food pyramid. Always avoid sugar. It took 10 years for my morning body temperature to return to normal. I have eyebrows again and my forehead is thankfully getting shorter instead of longer. Others might not take as long to heal, but I had decades of eating a diet designed for fattening livestock.
@@cydbloom.4347 I’ve had a thyroid advanced profile test.. my thyroid levels came back normal except my Thyroglobulin antibodies were high, does this indicate hashimotos?
Before anyone starts to attempt eating or taking ANY kind of over the counter medications in order to fix an "hypothyroid, go see your family practitioner. Blood testing the T4 is extremely critical to which ONLY prescription medication could be used to treat Hypothyroidism.
I had several issues for over a year now, and doctor didnt find anything to worry about. 4 weeks ago my bloodpressure piked and bloodtest had TSH within normal range. I felt miserable and took many supplements intuitively (and they happened to be many of those mentioned: Vit D3K2, Vit C, Zinc, Selenium trace minerals and they all made me feel better). Now last week I took a bloodtest again from an independent without doctor prescription blood analyst. I was convinced it was B12 deficiency because the symptoms are more of that (fatique, swollen tongue, tingling limbs, lack of appetite, high heart rate, insane sweating etc. But I never felt out of energy or short of breath, I have bad condition however. I dont retain water or feel puffy, instead I am thirsty all the time. You see I have symptoms of both hypo and hyperthyroid which is confusing. So yesterday bloodtest results came back and my TSH was slightly elevated but not critical that they forwarded me for further treatment, they suggested me to test a bit further. I had perfect B12 and a slight low level of D3 (not deficient). This shocked me somewhat. I personally dont think it is the thyroid itself, I now added tests for free T3 and T4 and for reversed T3 to confirm or rule it out I have issues with thyroid. I had a year full of stress and my bowels were nowhere near functioning when I took bloodtest for my feeling its like my body has been messed up for a while and is resetting. So I continue with the vitamins and minerals and have my TSH tested again in 1 or 2 months to see what has changed. I feel better every day, same as last year, the symptoms last for about 2-3 months and vanish and come back at some point months later. I am very happy with the ability to test your blood without needing prescription. Just order online whichever test you want and no one asks questions. Only thing I recommend people is to not choose those that ask you to take few drops of your blood yourself but go to a center where they take vials of your blood like the doctor would only now the lab gives you the prescription. Its way more reliable than just a few drops that have also been in contact with oxygen. But I do understand for some its just a step too high to do it this way because they are scared. I also dont like to visit doctors or places but now I had to. It helps that I am ideal patient to take blood from, very easy to find veins and I feel absolutely nothing.
NB. I would also add or indeed prefer hair analysis. (Blood tests measure the blood at the time the blood is taken...hair analysis measures the blood plus whats in the tissues for some weeks/months before, dependent on the lab) check them out...they vary to country and upto date info.
Fingernail ridges if red to black are a symptom of heart fungus. When I used fresh coloidal silver (less than a week old, always) at 2 oz. Per day of light medium yellow, for a week. this cured as a side effect. I was killing Lime disease, which I felt end at minute 20. It was a shockingly obvious end. I did the research after learning there are 42 lime diseases and a test for only one of them. Disgustingly NOT revealed by my doc, so spouse said hypochondriac. Years of suffering. Sudden end!!!!!!
Thanks so much for this very informative video. It speaks directly to me I currently have a thyroid but it has a nodule on it and was under active. I was taken off thyroid meds by a endocrinologist ten years ago after being on them for 20 years (my thyroid issues started one year after I gave birth to my only child..when I was 22 yrs old..I'm 68 now) for an under active thyroid with a benign nodule) and told my thyroid was not under active and is able to produce the hormones. I haven't gone back to get it checked since then but will be going soon. I was getting some heart palpitations almost every evening six months ago.. and began doing some research on taking Magnesium for my high bp issue. I started taking magnesium glycinate once a day (500mg) and all palpitations stopped now for over six monts. I'm 68 and on only one med (a beta blocker for stress related high bp) taking it now for three yrs but am planning to see a holistic dr and hopefully get weaned off of it. I want be med free and treat my issues with quality foods and supplements...whenever possible. I'm taking Ryan's advice on food choices and this video was an eye opener for me. ❤️👏🏽
I reversed my hypo by taking 5 drops of Lugol's solution iodine in my herbal tea. You can't take it directly in your mouth since it would burn your mucous membrane. Lugol solution is for internal as well as external use. Povidon is ONLY for external use. I eat very little seafood because the seas are poluted with heavy metals, micro plastics and now even radiation from Fukushima. I must have been in my 20s when i first started having hupothyroidism. It creeps up very slowly and one doesn't even notice it. By the time it becomes obvious, it's already full blown. My blood tests were always normal, even though i had the symptoms. It turns out 30% of patients who have hypo have normal blood tests and science doesn't know why it is so. I was on 100mcg of Euthyrox for 4 years and once i started taking Lugol solution i gradually reduced my daily dose with doctors supervision down to nothing. I am 70 now.
I found your problem with the thyroid very interesting as I had similar problems at 22. I am now 94 & take synthroid. At 22 I was given iodine which I took for about 13 years. I also had a nodule removed when I was 26 yrs old. I know I cannot live without iodine or synthroid. I have been very fortunate as I have had 6 pregnancies with out a problem & am never sick.. still going strong.
@Belinda Marie .. I'm having similar issues. Was hypo after second child at 40 years old. Had to take progesterone to keep him. Didn't lose a single hair the whole pregnancy. Immediately after birth...I was losing it like crazy. I turned hypo. I'd gone to quick weight loss, prior to getting pregnant. I loss 68 lbs in 21/2 months. It's hi protein. I was not happy after weight loss. Pregnancy was one from hell. I was high risk, no lifting. Watching blood pressure. When he was three, I almost had three strokes. Developed tachycardia. Then Drs refused to give me meds to control it. I had to take blood pressure pills. He's soon to be 33 years old. Well, couple years ago hit AFib meds for that. Just did the ablation. Waiting to do the watchman. My TSH couple years ago, suddenly looked like I wasn't taking any meds. It was so high. I found a good endocrinologist and had tests done. I have a nodule on my thyroid as well. I did have cancer, breast as well. For a good long spell, like 15 years maybe I was on same dosage. Then suddenly hair fell out, plus had double pneumonia. So I thought it was from being sick. My TSH is just barely in range. Total T3, is low serum Protein electrophoresis is barely in range. But D3 is on the low end. The electrophoresis tells about Graves Disease. I had my gallbladder out 7 years ago. That could be a contributing factor. I bought Brazil nuts cause they lower triglycerides as well. Triglycerides are high an indication of heart disease. Of some kind. Bought mine from Amazon. Some of these things I was doing. Ox bile salts, can give you the oh no get out of my way. Runs to bathroom. If you take too much. Well I've not been taking them. I'm not supposed to eat fried foods much at all. No gallbladder. Plus it's hard finding vitamin C with bioflavonoids , and acerola. Since I'm retired, I eat when I get hungry. I'm seeing my Dr next week. He seems pretty through. He's the first one to tell me NOT to take the medication that morning. Just take it after blood tests. I'm 73 , we seen to have a lot in common. Thought I'd reply to you. Good luck
Very thorough & informative! However, in section 3 it is mentioned to include cruciferous veggies that, from my understanding, are goitrogens and should be avoided (or minimized) because they cause harm to the thyroid gland by blocking the absorption of much needed iodine. Please clarify. Thanks so much!
Iodine is extremely important to overall health and your immune system as well as creation of thyroid hormone and overall thyroid function as has been explained here. Again it should be recognized that taking excessive amount of iodine can be harmful and some individuals have allergic response to iodine which can be severe 2 deadly so if you have never used iodine as a supplement before you probably should check with your physician. Also for all you guys out there that are having trouble urinating, they're now have been several clinical studies that have shown, along with massive amount of empirical evidence that quite often that problem is a directory of low iodine levels and in many cases the subjects who were given iodine supplements in larger than the normal daily dose for short periods of a couple weeks quickly regain their ability to have normal urine flow in normal time frames and amounts. Again do not take more than a normal supplemental dose and if you haven't used iodine before checked with your physician first
I do supplement iodine with kelptablets, but it is the only one I actively monitor the intake off, and I only take the supplement every now and then when I know I didnt eat much of the common sources like seafish, shellfish and seaweed, to stay far under the recommended daily dosage mentioned by this tablets. Iodine is really nasty if you get too much of, its very bad you can just buy these supplements everywhere as I think its often a health hazzard when people just take pills for every ailment they suffer. Since it is also in table salt you get loads of it anyway by almost everything you buy in stores if you dont cook from scratch, because they will never use pure sea or rock salt with production (which both also contain iodine in its natural form). Only Iodine fortifide salt because its cheap and it keeps our subscription to the medical business active. I wonder if the increase of thyroid problems during last decades is a result of making this horrible iodine fortifided fluffy plastic bagged bread available for everybody. This fluffy bread is just a prescription for thyroid problems imo, it contains all the 'right' ingredients and lacks literally everything to fight thyroid problems. If I eat bread I only eat organic artisan (sourdough)bread, but right now I will go grainfree in order to fix my elevated TSH levels. Eventhough bread has really helped me feeling better these days. I feel much better on a clean paleo based anti inflammatory diet.
Presented so well. All thyroid patients need to know this. Well done Techno Panda. With a proper alkaline diet. Exercise. Active lifestyle thyroid patients can live a better life. Emotional health is important too for thyroid patients. Stay away from stress.

I thought my intestinal issues were caused by my hypothyroidism. It seems it might be the other way around. I consumed selenium for quite a while but I didn’t feel much difference. Tried stopping gluten as well, I did see a positive effect. Never heard of bile salts. 😳 We regularly take vitamin C supplements, ascorbic acid no good? Ok. I also have issues with lack of iron, zinc, vitamin D and a high cortisol level. Now, here’s the problem. Everything (or almost) I learned about my disease came, not from doctors but from the internet. Why? My next appointment is in a few days. I think I’m overdue for a real talk.
I am from India. And they just give me a simple medicine called thyronorm. Which is simply a sodium supplement. And no other tips or inputs provided by doctors. They say just take the medicine and eat everything no restrictions. And here I am on Internet trying to find solution to my hypothyroidism. Funny thing is, my family thinks if I exercise vigorously my problems will be solved. And that I have this condition coz I don't exercise frequently. I know I need to workout but hypothyroidism is auto immune and it's something can happen to anyone, anytime.
Drs don’t usually know much, they’re taught Rockefeller allopathic lies to get you on meds & keep you coming back for more. We have to do our own research and find what God created to keep our body in homeostasis. We have to do the work ourselves & show the doctors how we did it!
@@vsen7 Why do you think so many Indians have thyroid problems? Hi Cathy, I would look for a supplement that contains tauroursodeoxycholic acid which is TUDCA. Better still, a brand which has a blend of other bile salts and acid factors, and even enzymes. This is the brand I personally use iherb.co/Uo7e4jsx (affiliate link), however it's important to speak with your doctor before taking bile salts along with any medication.

Exactly
How about the vitamins for hyperthyroidism, can you recommended some of it.

Hello I am dealing with the same thing. My TSH is very high. So vitamin d and eating more vitamin c can really lower my TSH.

Before anyone starts to attempt eating or taking ANY kind of over the counter medications in order to fix an "hypothyroid, go see your family practitioner. Blood testing the T4 is extremely critical to which ONLY prescription medication could be used to treat Hypothyroidism.
I am so thankful to finally understand what I need to know about hypothyroid stuff. Thank you very much for explaining all this information.
I reversed my hypo by taking 5 drops of Lugol's solution iodine in my herbal tea. You can't take it directly in your mouth since it would burn your mucous membrane. Lugol solution is for internal as well as external use. Povidon is ONLY for external use.

My gallbladder was removed some 40 years ago…from stones and grit clogging ….I don’t recall having problems after that until I developed cancer in 2013. Took standard therapies and enlisted with an integrative M.D. then. Got over cancer but IBS set in and healthy gradually went downhill from then on. Wonder if I needed bile salts thru thise years without a gall bladder….
My guess would be yes 💯
@MargaretJaeger according to Diverse Health Services you can look them up here on TH-cam everyone without a gallbladder should be using bile salts. The Drs.at DHS are phenomenal, check them out
Same with me I took my gallbladder out and I have thyroid issues so I'm on bile salts also. I feel much better
sIBS, I learnt a tespoon of organic castor oil at nighttime takes of it. Thank me later!

Thyroid meds have made me feel crummy. I am working to get off thyroid medication and heal my thyroid.
Can you do a video on Graves’ disease. With removal of thyroid??? I have no thyroid. I’m having a hard time regulating it. Going from hyper to hypo .. my heart is getting a beaten from this !
Thank you 🙏
So sorry that you're going through that experience.
I currently have a thyroid but it has a nodule on it and was under active. I was taken off thyroid meds by a endocrinologist ten years ago after being on them for 20 years for an under active thyroid with a benign nodule) and told my thyroid was not under active and is able to produce the hormones. I haven't gone back to get it checked since then but will be going soon. I was getting some heart palpitations regularly and did some research on taking Magnesium for bp issue. I started taking magnesium glycinate once a day (500mg) once a day and all palpitations stopped now for over six monts..none. I'm 68 and on one med (a beta blocker for stress related high bp) now for three yrs but am planning to see a holistic dr and hopefully get weaned off of it. Perhaps you can check into taking chelated form of Magnesium Glycinate for your heart. I take the brand called Innate Vitality which I think are very good.🙂
Thanks so much for this very informative video. It speaks directly to me
I currently have a thyroid but it has a nodule on it and was under active. ❤️👏🏽
@@belindamarie3222 thank you !
I was taking the magnesium glycinate . But my thyroid won’t regulate at a even level . I get super hyper _ they lowered my dose now hypo . Then back up hyper - right now I feel I’m going down again and gained 5 lbs quickly. I can’t ever lose weight . It’s a roller coaster.
You definitely need to try to get off the beta blocker. I was in it when my thyroid was out of control hyper. It’ does work good . But shouldn’t be long term. Stress is tuff to get a grip of. I pray and I get peace. Just lots of stress in this rifle today.
I Wish I never removed my thyroid.
Thanks 🙏
Thanks, this is much appreciated. Great advice 👍🏻

Ryan thank you sssoooo much for your clear and informative videos, I learn so much about our bodies through them. Question when purchasing Tudca supplements what should I look for? I know you’re not able to recommend anyone particular brand however, I need to know what to look for in any brand when it comes to this type of supplementation, as I really don’t know anything about it. Thank you so much for teaching us all. 💯💕
@@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies thanks so much for answering my question Ryan! That’s so helpful for me and I buy that name product already their sublingual B12 is wonderful..thank you for responding..🌹

Please guide me i have a TSH problem I am taking Euthyrox 50mg daily for 7 to 8 years but I am trying to solve this problem without medicine so please making a vlog on this topic . My T3 or T4 harmons level is right condition.
Unfortunately for most doctors will neglect you without suggestions how to treat thyroid but what choice do we have?
Lost mine entirely to cancer 9 years ago. Haven't felt terrible but definitely am not what I was. Body hurts more, eyesight has definitely blurred a bit may just be age related among other things. Numbers have remained very good as I'm checked yearly as there's a bit of tissue on the jugular vein still. Maybe there's more I can do to go from feeling ok to very good or great? Thoughts?
Are eating lentils or beans safe enough to consume as long as you eat them cabbage or spinach?
