This Morning's Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, Good Morning Britain's Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid, Richard Arnold, Ben Shephard, Lorraine Kelly, Keith Lemon and her ITV Daytime colleagues all paid tribute as we looked back at her GM:TV days and Joey Essex even called in to say good-pie!
