It is hard to see all those cars just rotting away cas of one reason or another, always a good thing to keep in mind, although a little sad, "The junk adventures" could name the series after that if you haven't already, good luck with the build Mike
Those cars once has a good owner taking care of them and one day it just landed on this landfill kinda makes me wanted to rescue all of them but we know we can't save alot of them though. It just sad too see those cars just rotten...
They were used abused and thrown out as all cheap cars are especially sports cars and if you've ever purchased a project car you very well know the hardest part of it is fixing the mess the last guy made
I can't wait I'm totally excited. Junk yards are usually a $2 classroom. I was told when I was young that a junkyard is a place to learn. It's kinda crazy to see other states that have tons of rust when cars here in Oregon get scrapped because they are unwanted projects.
Your channel is really kicking off and I think its your attitude and chill style. I like that your not out trying to tear up the junkyard but if your ever looking for parts to sell the 1st gen D21 and WD21 parts are getting way expensive. Yes you should put that VG into your work truck
The two door Nissan Sentra looked just like my first car. Those were actually pretty good the ser trim came with sr20 good car definitely brought back some memories seeing one
Quick lesson... The E36 that was black was a 318 you don't want it. It's 4 cyl. And it's easier to actually find the 6 cyl... The Mitsubishi diamante is actually a cool little family race car. They had a turbo version and they actually have decent HP stock n/a. Also you missed 3 2j's 😅 also the 4 motion vws typically came big brake.
As a second gen probe owner I can kinda see the resemblance of the 240 in it, especially with the wrap around rear windows. Personally I think it’s a good car by itself, fwd sucks but that puts it in the same class as the Integra and the prelude. Fun underrated car that is still really cheep to buy to this day.
A non runner especially an auto is cheap af there is three within 20 minutes of me they all look like given the amount of grime on them sitting for at least 20 years
In the mid 1990s my brother in law was about 19 and had an excel he bought new. I was about 14-15 and drove many place and many times in that excel. It ran like a dream and was getting around 40+ mpg to the gallon.
I miss my Z! Had one in highschool, but it became a never ending money pit and regrettably I sold it. Years later now that I have a good career, I want another.
I used to go to that junk yard with my dad before I moved a few county’s over. It’s crazy to see how much it hasn’t changed in 10 years lmao definitely next time your in Murfreesboro or Tennessee It’d be cool to meet you!
These cars need to be preserved they don't make these anymore. That's just history left to rot away. I hope no Chryslers were there. They deserve to be repaired and treated with love.
YOOOO those T1 volkswagen Touaregs are absolute beasts, especially with the V8. They have a phenomenal 4wd and abs system, Ive off roaded the heck out of mine!!
The diamanté was built just down the road from me here in Adelaide australia they are called a Magna here :) thanks for sharing all the cars with us :)
seeing these videos makes me want to go the scrapyard s and see how many cars i can save , i love your videos they really keep me occupied and my mind off things
There are definitely some cars i seen that take me back to when I was little with my older brothers. They had a red hyundai excel hatchback stick shift beater car and we used to do reverse donuts in it, cuz they're front wheel drive lol.
All the power to your brother I don’t know how long you were in the junkyard before but I know if I left somebody in the car to go walk around a junkyard they would be there until dark because I’m taking as long as I possibly can
There's a z31 around where I live, and you really have me wanting to go see if I could get it. It would definitely be a fixer-upper, but I would like to save it before it ends up in a junkyard. Amazing video as always crazy to see how far everything has come. Always looking forward to the next one 🤙🤙🤙
good yard to walk through , thanks for sharing :D that was a lot of mustangs and f bodies , lot of good parts scattered around . im curious to know if that was a sc300 or 400 and if it was a manual ? can keep a eye out for 2 door rav4s and nerf bars for a crv too ? :D
I used to own a 98 5 series like the two you found in this yard. Mine was a manual as well idk how rare it would be considered but it was a cool car. I had a auto del sol as well with almost 400,000 miles, at least the shell did, motor still ran perfect, transmission was good too. Miss that one a lot.
There are usually no less than like 10 Mustangs at one of the yards I go to up here in Michigan. Early Ford Probes were on the same platform as the Mazda MX-6.
As a mustang guy myself, its hard to see all those mustangs there, primairally the SN95s (1994-1998 is old, 1999-2004 is new edge). I'd love to have i believe's #21's mag rims, like the rims off of the bullitt car
That black e36 on the start of the video..... Aint bad... And a M42b18is engine 140ps.... Got 2 of them motors.... They work good.... Just need oil and water 😁😁
@10:00 Yep had one. 1991 same year as your looking at. Black manual 4 banger 2 door with tan interior. Ignition wire burned in two. Mechanic looked it over thought it was a faulty wire and replaced it. 3 days later car burned to the ground. Got so hot the there was a small pool of aluminum underneath it when they towed it away. The white crown vic @11:24, that's typically caused by sap. it's been sitting in a wooded area and sap has collected on it, and dried with dirt.
Both The sc gs were sad too see I’ve also never seen that Mitsubishi before but what made me even more sad was too see those z31s just sitting there but atleast they have each other 😂 great video can’t wait for PT2 🤟🏻
The Probe debuted in 1988 and was designed long before then, so 240sx wouldn't be an influence. Also, no one should hate on it for being FWD. I mean, you drive Integras around all day, haha. Really an underrated car. If you find another one, include it in your video, I'd like to see it.
Thumbnail takes my back. I helped rebuild 2 Z31 project cars. One was red, the other, white… About 15 years ago, I was 21 and I knew I wanted to get an old rwd JDM car. I ended up with a white na 86 FC RX7. A week later, my best friends lil brother bought a gold 88 FC RX7. About 6 months later, my best friend bought a red na 85 Z31. A week later, his lil brother bought an na 86 white Z31. So 2 z31’s, and 2 FC’s altogether. We spent many, many hours over the next few years rebuilding those cars. Mine was a lemon. I sold mine a year and a half later and bought a Mustang. My best buddy’s lil bro sold his z31 cause he couldn’t support 2 20+ year old project cars while in college. Then my best buddy had a bad accident delivering food. He hit a jaywalker running across the street wearing all black on a dark rainy night. Jaywalker was fine, but my buddy was shaken up and sold his red z31 after that. His lil brother continued building his gold RX7 til he put $10k into it only to have the apex seals blow. He sold it at a HUGE loss after that. Now I have a 14 Fiesta ST, my buddy has an 08 Civic, and his lil brother bought a 17 Elantra.
in Florida they have an aerial mass produced for motorcycles scrapyard everywhere just like cars it’s kind a need to go and see those and see what you can takeoff to build a new one well new to the person building it.
The Mitsubishi diamante was manufactured in Australia and exported to the US, it was a fantastic car to drive well balanced, excellent fuel economy. In Australia it was also available in a station wagon.
Here I am commenting again but yes I am a car person and my dad had a 88 Hyundai Excel like that when I was a kid it had a 4-speed manual in it LOL but it was kind of a cool car back then he had a sparkomatic 8 inch subwoofer bass cannon with a built-in amplifier in it LOL had that beat for 1991
Man your yards have all good cars I can’t find a 2012 fit sport in the yards for the life of me around stl and I see fits in the background every video you post
That VW touareg has brembo calipers, either 17z or 18z 6 piston. I pull every set we get at our yard 20-30 sets later I've made some good money on them haha.
Thanks for stopping by today 🙌

The beemer wheels look like BBS alloys.
You're funny dude
I got a 350z for 3500
It is hard to see all those cars just rotting away cas of one reason or another, always a good thing to keep in mind, although a little sad, "The junk adventures" could name the series after that if you haven't already, good luck with the build Mike
I agree man, always sad to see potential thrown away :/

the junkyard videos are always fun but I just wanted to say that it's great to see Franzy pop up in the vlogs again:) happy for you two!
As someone who currently works on trash trucks I love hearing your shock about how big parts on large trucks are. Probably coolest yard yet.
I agree! This yard was awesome! Just wait for part 2 tho!
@PrizzaMike can you give the name of the yard on the next video, I'd love to go to this one, seems pretty cool!
Your channel is really kicking off and I think its your attitude and chill style. I like that your not out trying to tear up the junkyard but if your ever looking for parts to sell the 1st gen D21 and WD21 parts are getting way expensive. Yes you should put that VG into your work truck
I understand dude. The fact that there's no music in your videos it's a whole different mood. Keep this shit up!!!
The two door Nissan Sentra looked just like my first car. Those were actually pretty good the ser trim came with sr20 good car definitely brought back some memories seeing one

We are just gonna ignore the fact that the GS has bullet holes on the side?? 😂
😅
It's called weight reduction people!
That car was a participant of 24 hour ghetto Lemans...

What a way to start the morning! Mike posting a video with z31's in the thumbnail!
I wish this video just continued on forever. It kept getting more and more interesting. Definitely made my day better ✌️
Love the junk yard videos.. can't wait to see the rear quarter go on the 240.. Will be paint video before you know it👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Dangit, now I wanna go to the junkyard again. I'm so excited for the classic section!!
Always a great start to the day when mike posts first thing in the morning
The chrome rx8 wheels are pretty rare and valuable I’d recommend picking them up
Thank you for the video, I'm still loving the junkyard adventures! So sad to see the Z31 though, that's my dream car 😭

8:39 I’m perfectly fine with that! You’ve inspired me to go junkyard hunting!
I like seeing you get excited about manual cars 😂
Alot of my local junk yards are closed down now a days, these videos I really love!
I used to go to that junk yard with my dad before I moved a few county’s over. It’s crazy to see how much it hasn’t changed in 10 years lmao definitely next time your in Murfreesboro or Tennessee It’d be cool to meet you!

those bbs on the green bmw 740il ...😍😍 perfect spec for e36
The diamanté was built just down the road from me here in Adelaide australia they are called a Magna here :) thanks for sharing all the cars with us :)

seeing these videos makes me want to go the scrapyard
s and see how many cars i can save , i love your videos they really keep me occupied and my mind off things
Need more boost! I’ve actually never seen lawnmowers or bikes at junkyards here. That’s kinda cool.
Random ATX PC power supply chilling in the seat 9:35 lmao
As a 3rd gen firebird owner thank you
feels like we are firends even tho idky ur vids help with motivation alot thanks mike glad i found ur youtube
There are definitely some cars i seen that take me back to when I was little with my older brothers. They had a red hyundai excel hatchback stick shift beater car and we used to do reverse donuts in it, cuz they're front wheel drive lol.
Another good junkyard vid. Cool to see your lady taggin along in some capacity lol. Definitely looks like more fun then the solo missions.
All the power to your brother I don’t know how long you were in the junkyard before but I know if I left somebody in the car to go walk around a junkyard they would be there until dark because I’m taking as long as I possibly can
That 6-wheel Dakota was an RV at one point. Be super cool to put a truck bed on it!
Black Porshe convertible was awesome! You walked past a white Geo Metro convertible. I wanted one badly in the 1990s.
There's a z31 around where I live, and you really have me wanting to go see if I could get it. It would definitely be a fixer-upper, but I would like to save it before it ends up in a junkyard. Damn I'm watching this in my 4th gen Camaro, I need some of that stuff lol
I recently acquired a 1991 Ford Probe from my Grandma…I can’t wait to restore it to its Proper 240 roots!!!…lol

damn those z31s, sad to see a car im obsessed with just sitting there like that :(
The last time I saw a Hyundai Excel on the road driving was in the late 90s. The hatch was ultra rare, and the sedans were more common.
That 83’ Mazda B2000 pickup is a great find, plus the canopy on that must be super rare to find
My buddy has one with rotary and rx3 grill (his second identical build of a truck like that), I have 2 of the canopies lol
It's been a long time since I went on a treasure hunt in a yard. This was fun!
As a mustang guy myself, its hard to see all those mustangs there, primairally the SN95s (1994-1998 is old, 1999-2004 is new edge). I'd love to have i believe's #21's mag rims, like the rims off of the bullitt car
Agreed bro, just too many crowds sindrome, jokes aside it is truly a pain to see all those mustangs there
Some of them are totally salvageable. Need to start going to junkyards again need a good project or something to flip
Junk yard videos are the vibe
Z31s are the most underrated Z’s . Love those cars

Thanks for the tour! I love seeing the old cars!
The focus you saw was an svt as far as i could see, so yes the manifold on it was for a turbo, the turbo was already snatched

Agree, and its a Mazda design too, based on 626. Meant to be Celica competition.
If you haven’t already go up to Minnesota. Go to French lake it’s a little place out in the middle of no where but the junk yard is massive
That dodge Dakota was a camper pretty neat truck .great video
Never seen your channel before. Saw the headliner, instant subscribe
Love the junk yard content 👌
finally some z31s in a prizza mike video
Worked on the z31s in 1987. Brockbank of Altrincham.
Firebird/camaro taillights are another thing you need to look at- they run between 80-120 PER
20:47 Those are the kind of trucks my Grandpa would tell stories of swapping engines in a couple hours

That focus that you said was straight out of 2000 is a 2001 Saleen focus which came stock 5 speed with a 2.0 i4 turbo
Z31s are cool cars! Underrated, but I love mine! I have the turbo model, they are fun!
So you are kinda right on that ford prove wanting to be a 240sx. It was originally meant to be the mustang replacement but cheaper to make.
I love going there this is one of the best yards I go to
The Mitsubishi diamante was manufactured in Australia and exported to the US, it was a fantastic car to drive well balanced, excellent fuel economy.

Cool video) Thanks
Man that truck would be an excellent parts runner.
Here I am commenting again but yes I am a car person and my dad had a 88 Hyundai Excel like that when I was a kid it had a 4-speed manual in it LOL but it was kind of a cool car back then he had a sparkomatic 8 inch subwoofer bass cannon with a built-in amplifier in it LOL had that beat for 1991
That hyundai excel my dad had one white exterior with red interior and manual. I have been looking for one to buy. I've always liked the car
I'm restoring a z31 300zx turbo like those. Such a shame to see those 2 there. Really rare now
id love to know what yard this is so i could pick up that black porsche looks like the perfect project car!
I know where it is lol i just left there earlier
I would kill to have a old yota truck with a frame as clean as that
That first Mitsubishi sedan you hadn't seen before is a Magna in Australia
that GS fender wasn't just dented, it had BULLET HOLES bro
For real lol
Even on the windshield 😬👀
@@PrizzaMike also- it would be dope for
you to get an e36. love your vids man.
Man your yards have all good cars I can’t find a 2012 fit sport in the yards for the life of me around stl and I see fits in the background every video you post
Those Hyundai's were called Pony's here in the UK. They were really popular for Banger racing as seemed to be weirdly robust for a cheap car 😂
6:08 My favorite BMW, its a 7 series e38, always wanted to get one but no chance.
The Bimmer wheels were from a bimmer bbs Colab with the caps on these go for an insane amount of money
Those tails lights on the Z31s were worth some money, smoked tails
Love the content bro 👌 love these junkyard vids 😎
That VW touareg has brembo calipers, either 17z or 18z 6 piston. I pull every set we get at our yard 20-30 sets later I've made some good money on them haha.
If you look at the seats in the rx8 the centers of the headrest area have engine rotor shaped cutouts
There's actually alot of them all over the car
not sure if anyone else has commented this but that Mitsubishi diamonte is called a Mitsubishi MAGNA here in Australia
Fingers crossed I see a 91 Justy in one of your video's, I sold mine and iv been searching for one since
Hey Mike my challenge to you is to find a 2nd Generation Ford Probe in the salvage yards SE or GT
Ayeeeeee a video before I go into work 🙏🏽🙏🏽 let’s gooooooo if you find any Integra door handles send em my wayyyyy lol
Missed the eagle talon. Those are hard to come by
