There are 3 versions of the Howard miller urban clock. You have the first one. The urban III is a grandfather clock. But the urban II is a clock that plays ode to joy and that might be the most common ode to joy clock

ohh nice clock theres a grandfather clock that looks like this and a mantle thats 8 day
Maybe the Howard Miller needs a new battery? Maybe it cut itself off at one point and that’s why the chimes are out of sync. Try changing the battery.
