I love the preemptive answers to questions. This game used to be fun back when it was new and everything hadn't been datamined and optimized and min-maxed to the absolute finest point. The attitude you have about playing how you want is really the best. Click your abilities, keyboard turn, have your UI however you want... do what you have to do to find the fun in the game. Keep up the great content.
That is from the heart of the lion rune. It gives a 10% stat buff to the whole party and an additional 10% buff to the hunter that cast it. It shows as 2 separate buffs.
