Mess is the most talented "screamer" in the industry hands down. Will is the most unique writer in the industry. Mingus is ROCK SOLID, every night......Tilian is killing it. I met these guys before a show, and I've never seen them happier.... I hope they continue making music I'm obsessed with.

Holy fuck Tilian is owning this shit. Give me a dude who can turn up, pull off what he does on record (and what others have recorded before him), and doesn't end up in rehab after every record over well...you know who I'm talking about.
He's the least pitchy of all their clean singers, though if you read "fan" comments on their music videos you'd think he's the worst singer on earth...

Love dgd every singer has been remarkable in their own way and they don't disappoint at all
I think whatever vocalist DGD has, they'll always be (rock solid) to me as long as they have Will Swan & Jon Mess. I love Jonny & Kurt & I loved Tillian in Tides of Man. He's definitely growing on me in DGD though.
Also, I'm impressed w/ Tillian singing older songs. Didn't know how I'd feel about it. I actually really like it.

I'm obsessed with dgd and have been for years. I love having Tillian as the vocalist, it was a great direction for the band to progress. Well done boys! It's ridiculous how many times I've listened to acceptance speech already.
I love how at the end the audience makes this overlapping medley of ONE MORE SONG, and DGD!!! and they join together in the end :3

Will is so busy during every song its amazing, definately one of the most talented guitarists in the genre.
Tilian is a supastar and so are the rest of DGD. Never seen a drummer look so happy all the time.

so, i will always love jonny, and kurrt is great, but if you llook at live shows and DGD-------this is an amazing set, great live sound...he works well with Mess... great show Bro's
On the stuff from Acceptance Speech, Tilian sounds excellent and fits the new material perfectly. But I miss Travis and Jonny on their respective songs, I just don't dig Pearson's interpretation on some of the older material. I'm no hater, I'm a big fan of all parties involved, including Tides, but there are configurations of DGD that work better for certain songs.

I really like their new record, but Tillian is actually really pitchy for like the entire set, not that these are at all easy songs to sing properly. I'm more impressed by how much better John has become.

I'll sit sadly here in Asia, chanting "one more song" with the rest of yall. Been with DGD since 2006. Will Swan awesome as ever. Tillian is different but handles it well. Kurt is doing great in A lot like birds too, but his era saw some of their best music. Then again, classics..Times new roman can never be forgotten. Sigh.

Yeah, Tilian is fantastic live, and Jon Mess has improved SO MUCH over the past few years. What else is crazy is how tight the actual band has gotten...I mean everyone always knew that Will and Matt were fucking gods, but anyone who's been listening to them for a while can tell that they've really stepped it up since Tilian joined. I guess they just like practicing more sans Jonny.
