They have no existence except it be through someone else. They've really slit their own throats with new election. WM are really coming for them and they see it now but it's too late. They've never been able to defend or support themselves so ...............here it is. BW are the only race of women for the most part that have money and that money is not tied to a man.

Stop giving people free promotion let’s talk about our issues… let’s talk about black people issues in their community. How are we going to fix that to hell with the blue bracelet? Hey, didn't know MAGA would wear them, but they aren't the kind of people that typically care about others based on their voting policies. One day they will figure out we no longer want to engage with them. I'm done with MAGA. I am one of those w women that voted blue up and down the ballot because I support democracy, freedom, and I give a flip about safety and well-being of others, especially women. I can't imagine a more tone-deaf and offensive thing to do right now, then show off her blue bracelet to suggest solidarity with other women of color and B women. To other w women who voted like I did and am distraught by how the election went, I get it. You feel devastated and you want to console others. But, think about how that gesture comes across? I a man came up to me wearing a bracelet to show he voted blue, that isn't going to help me when as a woman, I have a target on my back simply because I'm a woman in patriarchy. So, apply that to your skin tone. Just don't do it. Let it go and respect BW by not shoving a blue bracelet in their face. It's disrespectful and doesn't change how bad this outcome is. B women have always been the leaders of our community and support us. Well, over half of w women failed their sisters. And so did a lot of other demographics. For now, just leave these women alone. It's the least we can do. I usually subscribe to mostly channels of B W and WOC because these women speak the truth.

I'm going to say this and it might offend someone, but it is what it is. I'm white. I've been a lifelong liberal, raised by liberal parents. I've married and have children outside of my race. I've almost exclusively dated outside my race. A great portion of my friends both irl and on social media are non-white people. I am from a small place where, like this woman, I can throw a stone and hit a racist. So I have been harassed by the cops and called racial slurs. I will always believe that our world can only truly prosper when we realize that any and all differences can be of value and need not be hated and feared. I also know that unless something really devastating happens that is unlikely. My friends know I'm a "safe space" and an ally. I don't need to remind them and I don't need anyone else to know. I, too, would have found this blue bracelet chick suspect from the jump. No one that truly understands the issues things that they need to remind others of them, especially People of Color.

Please don't use 'non-white' or 'people of colour'. This issue is affecting Black women, not POC. And 'non-white' still sets whiteness as the default and others anyone outside that default. Say 'Black women/Black people'. And learn to internalise W.A.I.T. it stands for Why Am I Talking? What purpose did this comment serve? Did you need to make it? Or was this your version of rattling a blue bracelet? Are you being genuine, or did you just want to publicise your credentials as One of the Good Ones™️?
Get yourself a journal and write your thoughts and reflections in there. Because this comment of yours veered on the side of chest beating. You can comment in your journal rather than doing it here.

@mimimusick9734 I'm sorry but if you think that Black Women are the only ones being marginalized that is the problem. You think that Asians, for instance, weren't marginalized during Covid. I can tell you the were. Having a magat scream Wuhan at my 2 month old child and making his kids wait for another elevator was marginalization, whether you believe it is or not. Also, please think why I need to write my thoughts in a journal, but yours deserve a more public venue. I don't need to beat my chest and if that's what you got from my comment, I'm sorry that's a you issue. Maybe I'm not the one seeing whiteness as the default.

Kamala brought hope to the table. Her intelligence is spot on! Her genuineness is real! I respect her for being so strong and put together during all this! It showed the world how much integrity she has! I honestly believe they cheated her out of this! So many pasty ones like me voted for Kamala. And were proud to! We saw her. We listened to her words. She inspired us! We were/are ready to turn that phucking page with her! That 🍊 one isn't in the damn oval office yet! Plz, don't give up. Racism is very much alive, but so is the will to keep fighting it! We are all drained after this crap shoot called an election, especially people of color. Not trusting us pasty ones is completely vaild! I get it. We haven't shown up enough! That part is something I can't deny. I had no idea what this blue bracelet thing was until I saw this video. I don't believe being genuine is about what you buy. It's in our hearts and the way we treat each other day by day. It's being able to just sit and listen to someone's story. It's about seeing people for their character, what makes them tick. It's about friendship and being true to those friendships. And simply being genuine to those around you! I would much rather have my money go to organizations that are run and are for the benefit of people of color. Not to some local Claire's owned by corporate America. That way, I would know my money is going to a place where it will do some kind of good. Plz don't give up on us completely. I know there is a long way to go, but we are in this together if you are still willing to allow us to stand with you!

This is the perfect commentary for my point on today's trends how people though the Internet collectively jump on this to make it a thing hip, to do instead of the old days when the individual thought process carried out with in you as a, a person frist to represent the true problem and not to represent some out of the real problem but some emotional distinction in ones syki, so when you ran into a patriot that was really concerned about the problem they would be more intiment and meaningful in the out come.

I totally agree w/ her and know _I_ need to do better w/ this, I DO so locally, but I need to do better more than just locally (Ohio). And not just black & LGBTQ, but also Latina, and Indigenous. (tho also, a tad more difficult to make certain they aren't GOPpers). But totally agree, SOME LGBTQIA or POC folks do better, but idk why some folks need an 'atta girl' or 'atta boy' for BEING a DECENT human being! That's WTF you are SUPPOSED to do!

I don't understand how people think a blue bracelet is the answer. Go vote in your local state elections. Every state has about 7 elections every year. Find yours and vote in them. Write letters to your local authority, congress, leaders, call them, email them. Attend local board meetings and speak out in them. Volunteer for local organizations that help these marginalized communities. These are the actions necessary. A blue bracelet means nothing if these things aren't getting done.

I feel her. Being performative is not the answer. Wearing a bracelet can be done by either friend or foe. Let your character speak for you. She was probably lonely and just needed someone to talk to that shared her same views, who knows. I don't know. However I do believe that any ally is a good ally. What I also know is wearing a bracelet is a good idea for showing support for cancer patients but not necessarily for political views for so many reasons. The next four years is going to probably be among the worst America has seen since it's establishing but show your support in the next two years by voting for good over greed, equality over inequality. Make it a habit to support others who think like you do. With the political retribution agent cheese puffs has already started implementing we need to not necessarily push people away who have some understanding of what democracy looks like and start getting to know who is who. I'm reminded of John Smith's role in history. Not saying that the same thing is going to happen as in his case but how it helps to boost morale with an ally you didn't expect.
