Tanner sounded a bit on the lean side I'd fatten the barrel valve to flats and definitely take some gear out in car audio sounded like it was hanging it's toungue out

Hi, Tanner, scratch to 14th is a pretty great run for Knoxville, especially on only your second try. Carly is sure indispensable on your crew, she just pitches in and seems to be getting the most work done. God Bless and stay safe.

Carly Rocks...! Great job Tanner. It is hard to set a car when you cannot get the info beforehand. It is all just for the notebook, preparing for each time down the track is merely evidence purchased when in the seat. I would say that the team did good job in making adjustments for what was considered how the track would be in the main. It evidently worked enough to move you forward. Working with what you have at any given time will catapult you no matter where you go. Alwyas nice to have the stars line up a time or two but in reality, seat of the pants, intuition, wisdom and some good ole, gitter done attitude works when all else fails, at least you will have given your best, smile and say, "Next Time"....!

From 22nd to 14th at Knoxville is a good run especially on a backup motor good job the more laps return at Knoxville the better you will get and then when you get back home you will really know the difference

From a loyal Ohio fan, I call that race a victory. From dead last, you raced to your original qualifying postion. Saved an engine from total dstruction. Installed the back-up engine; and from dead last, you raced to your original qualifying postion. A nice days work! ✌✌

Don't be too hard on yourself Tanner it's your first time on one of the toughest dirt track in the world. You gon education on the track and that's invaluable. Great job for what you we're able to run. This is the video you should have said "This Sucks". The future looks bright for you.

You looked good bud! I’ve been there a couple times and there isn’t anything in the country that’s even close to that place it’s so impressive and awesome. Just keep in mind that place is hard on engines. Can’t wait to see you run the nationals

Looked good out there in the feature all things considered!! I agree with you, would’ve been good to see you rip a few laps on the bottom to get a feel for it. How is it running the cushion there? Do you need to brake much? It sounded like you feather the throttle slightly on entry but pretty much hammer down from there!! Just curious as I haven’t seen a ton of in car footage from Knoxville. Great video as always, thanks for sharing and you guys keep ripping!!!

crazy, I was watching this from you on board camera. you passed a bunch of cars early, then got VERY complacent. 1 thing I'm sure you know is when u start at the back their is ZERO time to get to the front. GOTTA GOOOOO
If you burned up a piston in the first motor you need to rethink 1/2 mile tracks on your engine setup. It sounded to me like you were turning a ton of rpms in the hot laps and on a 1/2 track your 410 is running full-timing advance for a much longer time than back home on a small track...Hence the motor could be leaning out too much.
Looked pretty good to me. Passed 5 cars on first lap. Can you get another engine for nationals? I know you have several nights of racing in this area.

Knoxville is not for the faint hearted, and you definitely showed that. You also overcame what she threw at you and finished. Great job for your first time there! Thats your sister? Shes gonna make some guy very happy one day. A wife that not only likes dirt racing, but will help out on the car as well?!?!
Hope you haven't hurt your primary engine to much. Your team are awesome in getting the engine changed. Go get them over the next few weeks.

Starting in the back row you see how good your talent is . hopefully your set up is pretty decent. it’s racing.🔥🇺🇸💯 little gear change would’ve been nice for the top side that’s a longer route . your whole crew did great that track is sweet.

There's no place like Knoxville. It's one of those places you feel when you get there. During Nationals week, there are no strangers, like they say, just friends you haven't met yet. Get on the bottom and stay there until you learn how to run it. You'll be glad you did.

Passing 8 is commendable. Hope the engine is fixable. If just the 6 hole is fouled, valve guides is my hope.
I was thinking valve seal, I noticed the smoke in the Feature too, so hopefully they do a plug check on that engine as well.
@@marvinturnmire7406The smoke in the feature looked to be maybe just a tad overfull on oil. These 410's seem to do that if you overfill them any at all.
Better yet, have a track fireman ask Donny Schatz to apologize on camera.
