      Wind energy is dead. It's always sucked. And I live in Palm Springs, an area famous for its wind and solar energy farms. Those fans power a distant fraction of the energy in the area and are, at best, a supplemental source of energy. That is all wind and solar have EVER been! Supplemental.

The carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuels are beneficial.     Approx 2 years ago I travelled south of Perth to an area not often visited. Found out in the bush a massive approx 75 metres wide scar through farmers properties and fences. And of course trees and grass. It would have required many bulldozers. And many millions of $. I believe it was an effort by Labor to put in high voltage power lines before they could be opposed by the liberals.

      I believe he'll hold out as long as possible too, so that as many projects as possible can be fully approved before he's kicked out. To be so fully committed to this scam he surely must be a stakeholder. There are hundreds of wind, solar and backup battery projects in the pipeline.
      The people in the regions need the help of those in the city to write submissions against this infrastructure. Otherwise it goes through unopposed. You need more than fifty individual submissions for every project. More is better because if they decide that one or more is similar to another they will only be counted as one. It's not an easy fight with small populations out in the regions.

    South Africa's economy is presently crashing because of an intermittent energy supply system. Outage costs industry millions per outage and there are several outages per day. It's not just noise pollution, they corrode at sea and only last up to 30 years. I say *apparently* as I saw a documentary on this about a year ago showing how loud it is for sea life
