Why don't either of them realize the extra boxes probably have the treasure in them? This was awkwardly told. Why so surprising Frisco would try to protect Tony with Sean hovering there? Robert himself said Sean was involved in the plot to kill Tony - why shouldn't brother try to protect brother? I think the writers dropped a ball here somewhere - Robert was the one protecting Sean which was hardly professional as police commissioner.
Does Robert know F&F were in Sean's penthouse when he and Anna cat burgled their way in? AFAICT no one seems to know F&F stole the necklace from Sean's safe. Wonder if Sean thinks the necklace will turn up in Bobbie's basement?
When Frisco showed the stone from the treasure Robert knew it came from what was in Seans safe but he couldn't prove anything and then finds out for sure when F&F call for his help when they join forces with Robert and Anna to work against Sean
