@@jonschmidt8681 there is an actual solvent sold by sites that sell the grips or Amazon. Or, lighter fluid works very well if nothing else is available.
I use a small level. Clamp the shaft into the vice. Put the level against the face of the putter. Adjust the shaft until the putter face is showing the bubble in the level level
Will these counter weights work with the wrist lock grip? And if so, do you have to give the the weight slack on the grip or does the weight fit inside the putter shaft? This is my first time changing grips and am very interested In the counter weights.

Putter grips are especially challenging for me! Ive already wasted one superstroke wristlock grip because I couldn’t get it on. And I don’t play guitar 😮
Do not attempt to install this grip without a vice grip and rubber shaft protector. The grip opening is not very flexible and nearly impossible to slide on a thicker shaft. I bent the club shaft in the process of inching the grip onto the shaft and probably ruined the expensive putter. Not worth the few dollars I saved doing it myself. Hire a pro.
I’ve now installed 4 of these grips. I use a Lot of solvent! Never slides on that easy! …but after they are on, works well!

Wish you'd show removing a Super Stroke also. They're a little harder to get off.

They work with the wrist lock, i have one in mine. goes inside the grip like a normal installation

I need to replace my SuperStoke with a new one. Is there a video to get it off bc it's thicker than normal
cut it down the middle with a sharp blade and rip that thing off

@@Alex-so6rq Well I regriped my irons and just ripped the grip off so yeah should be the same. I guess the thicker super stroke threw me off.
