That's lovely to hear Suzanne, glad that we have given you some new ideas. I'm looking forward to the calendula the most too. Have a great weekend. Take care.

Great choice there Paul. I've grown all of those previously and they are lovely. I've just been out deadheading my blue cornflowers and Novo Calendula. I think blue and orange make very nice colour combinations in the garden. Star of the show at the moment is my Rudbeckia but I must remember to divide it. Your garden is looking very nice there in the background.

Thanks Wendy, it's good to know you are familiar with these and have had good results. Blue and orange is a lovely combination. I think we have grown Novo before as the name sounds familiar. We are just loving the Indian Prince which you recommended. We have planted some with a blue agastache and it's beautiful, again the orange and blue together. Our rudbeckia deamii is just beginning to flower so we have that to look forward to. All of the rain with the odd days of sunshine has certainly given the garden a boost. It's been a while since we've had to water the garden but it's been so hot today the pots were bone dry. Have a great weekend. Xxx

Paul, can you do a video on Rudbeckia Goldsturm please.

Thanks for the request. We'll have to see if we can find one on our garden visits as we don't have this variety ourselves. We have Rudbeckia fulgida deamii as it's usually less susceptible to slugs but this year has been horrific.

@@MadAboutGardening Thank you. I've tried a few times to grow from seed but no success so I'm doing something wrong, but would love some of these cheery flowers in my garden.

That's good to know, we are excited about that one in particular as we've never grown it.
