    This is very impressive, exciting n interesting. I still believed u were only able to capture about 65 to 70%% of the total projects currently under construction or recently completed in Nigeria 🇳🇬, most of which are indigenous own. Many of these massive projects n investments from both the govt n the private sector in agriculture, manufacturing, aviation, transportation, energy, health n education etc, will give rise to the development of value chains across board. All of these coupled with the central bank's n private financial interventions into Human capital development across various sectors of the economy, Nigeria's GDP will parachute in a way that will surprise the world soon. The strength of the Naira will also see a significant boost.
    I can't wait to see all of these happening.
    God bless Nigeria🇳🇬
    A superb presentation as always. Thanks bro👍🏼

    These are very impressive project that now put Nigeria among one of the African developed countries . Africa is developing rapidly and there’s no reason why Nigeria the most populous country should not be among them, it’s about time. Africa is rising, may God alone be bless. I always said and believe that those who start first shall be at the bottom and the bottom will be at the top , Europeans and western country have had their fair share of fame when it’s comes to development so it’s time for Africa and I couldn’t be happier, thank God thatthis is finally coming to a reality .

    Building those calibre of hotels and modern office spaces shouldn't be viewed as white elephant projects because as you have mentioned, those industries that are coming to Akwa Ibom will need those facilities. So in my opinion I think Akwa Ibom leaders have foresight by setting up those infrastructures.

    The ex Lagos governor, Ambode did not abandon the Lagos metro rail. He opted to fund low hanging fruits first, like roads in the Lagos mainland, for example. He built the Oshodi bus interchange. The federal allocation has improved with rising oil prices, so it is possible to restart the project.

    • @adebayoogunwo5830
      @adebayoogunwo5830 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's one of the things that cause him the second term, leaving BRF projects and concentrating on white elephant projects like Oshodi bus terminal trying to surpasses what BRF had done there before

    • @uchennanwosu4625
      @uchennanwosu4625 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@adebayoogunwo5830 Oshodi terminal is not white elephant. It cost a drop compared to the Lagos metro rail whose cost keeps being revised because of corruption. Lagos needs mass transport but it's not as simple as building the lines and purchasing coaches. The power infrastructure has to be available. The Kaduna light rail is already dysfunctional. The main station and operational hub is already growing grass. Besides power, there is all the electrical and fiber optical as well as computer information systems. Ambode is far more educated than Tinubu. I personally know him. He attended Federal Government College Warri at a time it was the best secondary school in West Africa. He graduated tops in his set. He subsequently went to Unilag and abroad became a Rhodes scholar. If he was left to continue Lagos would be far better off. Wike in Rivers suspended Amaechu's rail project and look at what he has achieved. He has built more flyovers and roads than in Lagos since Tinubu and counting. He has built several worldclass health institutions and facilities. He has built the best Law School in Nigeria. He has refurbished and expanded many schools. He has built an international soccer academy. The list goes on.
      I pray the metro becomes operational and that solid plans are in place to run it. Lagos civil service and parastatals are still very weak. How well are they running the bus system and garbage collection? Even when these things are privatized, you need good oversight.

    Mr Naija or whatever he call himself and Amarachi Duru but they and other like them will not report this but continue with their negative stuff about Nigeria. Not even half worth of projects taking place in Nigeria is happening in Ghana. And some clueless Nigerians will go on social media spewing rubbish about Nigeria. Whereas Ghana is in serious debt. Over 81 percent of what they produce as a country is owed in debt. The IMF has warned the government of Ghana that they have to move in as the country's debts is expected to hit over 90 percent of what the country produces.

    Great video again! But while I support the infrastructure projects going on in the country, it is extremely depressing to see all this money being spent and yet nothing is being done to lift the dilapidated state of the educational system in the country.
    Education is the only way forward IMO.
    That is how countries like South Korea went from being less developed then Nigeria, to now being one of the most technologically advanced countries in the world.
    F.ex. in Anambra state where my family is from we are now spending millions of dollars on the International Conference Center. Absolutely in no way do I support this!
    The amount of money the state would earn if it had invested that money in primary schools, secondary schools etc. would far out way, whatever money the hope to earn on the ICC, by a huge mile.
    These kids will grow up to more productive citizen's for the country, and also promote education to the generations coming after the. There by lifting the development of the whole country exponentially.
    Education is the gift that keeps on giving, and no conference center or football stadium would ever come close to that sort of return on investment.

    Nigeria needs to stop building roads. Only trains. And no stupid monorails, only standard rail and light rail.
    99% of Nigerians are poor. We can't all afford cars. And trains are cheaper, more efficient, faster, less polluting, need less maintenance and can carry far more people and goods.
    And the Chinese can build them for us cheaply. We need to abandon road transport wherever rail is an option.
