- Kick-Ass (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) discovers he's bitten off more than he can chew when his "gay" taser fails to incapacitate the drug dealer in the apartment. Luckily, pint-sized assassin Hit-Girl swoops in for a comical rescue, effortlessly taking down the enemy with her skills.
Kick-Ass (2010): Using his love for comics as inspiration, teenager Dave Lizewski (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) decides to reinvent himself as a superhero -- despite a complete lack of special powers. Dave dons a costume, dubs himself "Kick-Ass," and gets to work fighting crime. He joins forces with the father/daughter vigilante team of Big Daddy (Nicholas Cage) and Hit Girl (Chloë Grace Moretz), then befriends another fledgling crime-fighter called Red Mist (Christopher Mintz-Plasse), but a scheming mobster soon puts their alliance to the test.

This movie does it so well and portrays Hit-girl as a legitimate badass, and there is no issue here with her straight-up murdering these men.

In the original graphic novel, that was kind of the point. She was as fucked-up as everyone else and her father made up the whole backstory so they were basically sadistic killers just because their life was boring.
The movie tried to be more idealistic and heroic but some of the stuff that made it over from the original caused some inconsistencies like this, where she is meant to be more heroic but her behavior is still the same as the graphic novel.
In fairness, all those she's shown killing in the film are criminals so it's not like she goes around slaughtering people willy-nilly.
batman is full of hog-wash and highly overrated -- and batman crossed the line when he felt emboldened to attack Superman. batman's days are numbered for sure.

She only knows Rasul, I believe she tells Dave that she was a volunteer worker in a troubled community and she met Rasul and fell for him but then as time went on she realised he was an abusive, violent drug dealer so she asked Dave to break up with him for her 😅
