I had that car built for me many years ago, I owned it for 29 years, whoever buys this car is getting a well built car, it's a 454 built with 625 hp, the baddest car I ever owned, I just wasn't driving it and it just sat around, I can tell you every nick on that car and how it happened, I just wanted someone to enjoy it and use it, you won't be disappointed with this car heck I may have to buy it back, it's everything you see here, bad as beast, 😪 I really do miss it, I actually gave the money to my kids because it would have been there inheritance, whoever buys you will love it, I took first place in the world of wheels in Pittsburgh 1999, it is a true custom pro street car, I really enjoyed the video with tears in my eyes😭😢

I like the fact that its low profile and does Not attract any attention just blends right in just a other car on the road .
Nick: At 20:25 the oil pressure shows 5 lbs when the motor's hot. I had this same problem with my first 454 as I was using 10W30 motor oil (didn't know better). Please let whomever buys this car know they need 15W40 oil. Joe Gibbs makes good stuff, I use it in my 496. Oil pressure usually goes down once the oil gets hot but 5 lbs means the oil's too thin to begin with for a BBC.

I am a Chevelle man just like you Nick and this car is absolutely beautiful. The set up on this car with the blown Big Block and the tire and wheel package just sets this car off, that is what defines a true muscle car. Great video Nick

My nephew has a 70 496 Chevelle with a 1050 carb, 3 barrel. It’s a monster! 550 hp, carry ya down the road 👍

This is a bona-fide race car. You can forget about making this street legal. Love it nonetheless.
street legal means different things in different states
Nah, it’s a poser. Blown big block with a stock oil pan? Oil pressure is low indicating it’s likely a stock oil pump. Not a real race engine. Mild big block with a polished blower. Rear suspension is circa 1970’s-80’s which is likely when the car was built. Roll cage is home built and won’t pass tech at any race track.
Have you ever went to a car show? There’s not much you can’t run and I’d bet you money that car is street legal ,it’s a street car

My kind of street/pro 68 Chevelle some people say by them when their already complete 5:31 probably scare any exotic car silly & definitely would wake up ba neighborhood even on Sundays I drive that too if only I had $31k tho.
