So cool you are preggers. Don’t be scared of gaining enough and eating variety , it’s important to eat as healthy as can be and salad and meat sandwiches are big craving for me too.
That realisation of “not having cravings just craving things you must not have…” that will be me if I ever get pregnant… :/. Btw! my friend is a physiotherapist specialised in pelvic floor, it is very out dated that advice of holding the urine!! Dont do it :( try to talk to a physio and do pelvic floor exercises as per they recommendation. I hope you are okay ❤
