I’ve noticed most stretch videos really focus on the bigger muscles and legs but I always wanted a full body stretch including the smaller muscles that can be so important for stability. This seems like it does the job!
The feet! The only channel that I have encountered that considers the feet with warmup or stretching is a ballet channel. It was revolutionary for me. Standing on my feet all day you don't realize they need stretching too! Great job including the feet! 😆

LOved the Feet stretch! YES!! We neglect our feet! WHY? They're what holds us up! Thank you for doing 30 min. I like the hip, glute and leg stretch bringing one leg over the body and your arm over your leg in the seated position. Thank You!! I always have to remind myself to do an actual stretch session.

I love this stretching routine! I come back to this one once in a while, and it always feels so wonderful! Those foot and calf stretches at the beginning are so awesome. I am on my feet a lot at work, and it feels great to stretch out my feet and calves, my calves especially get so tight, and you don't realize how tight even your feet can get from standing on then all day.

I'd pulled a muscle in my lower back whilst doing kettlebells so going through these stretches has been really restorative. I did this after one of your low impact HIIT workouts today so this worked well with the back issue too. Thanks Sydney

Sydney, I went back to find a good 30 minute stretch after the STF 3.0 day 38 today and this one was amazing. Stretching was so needed after my workout today. My flexibility isn't the best and I'm so tight. Thank you for all you do.

Thank you so much for this. I'm hypermobile and my joints dislocate a lot so my muscles are always overworking and tensed. Currently learning how to drive a car and drove today for 3 hours. Felt extremely exhausted, my upper back muscles and shoulders were in so much pain and so tensed. I did this once and I feel so calm and good. Doesn't hurt so bad at all now
oh hey, i have COL5A1 EDS & mitochondrial disease! i cant do all of these cus I can't use my legs and I have a port+two feeding tubes, but I'm working on building up to the ones i can learn. for me this stuff is _more_ painful and injury risky, but if i'm ever allowed to go back to physical therapy i'm hoping getting used to some of these will be beneficial to the effort hope you're doing okay in the current pandemic!

I have the hypermobile type 😁 My symptoms get really bad during the colder months but during the summer time I'm feeling pretty well so I need to enjoy the summer time as much as I can 😋 I'm doing good, need to be extra careful since I get infections easily, hope you're doing good as well!
