And this rendition, with these wonderful vocalists and this tremendous orchestra backing them MAY actually be better than Frankie Valli’s original version. And there’s no higher compliment than that! I agree with both Bruce Nowacek and Rock Spyder - the woman on the left is in most need of more training - how she got picked is a mystery. The middle one is fairly okay, manages to get the right pitch most of the time, but the timbre is very mediocre. The 3rd one on the right has a sexy smoky voice that I love - she needs more power because it's the "chorus" but she kept it tempered in the interest of sticking to the right pitch and I appreciate that (her face is strained enough already). But all in all, I love this orchestra rendition!
A sensational performance! I have watched it multiple times and often come back for more of their amazing concert videos . This one is a favorite hit song from half a century ago arranged and performed by a talented group of musicians, singers and conducted by an enthusiastic and talented maestro.

There us but one singer out of the three, who, as you wrote has not precisely a beautiful voice. And yes, the tree of them need more practice, but since they are young, perhaps they will eventually archive more musical skills.
