I think it's a high time to put some requirements to be able for one to run for Presidency in the Philippines, like Educational accomplishments, Health Clearance, business affiliations, public services, Charity involvement, Community services, recommendations etc. We need to stop voting people due to popularity and being a celebrity cause it is pure stupidity to vote a chef to captain a huge ship!
