It's so mind boggling how Space even managed to keep up this facade for so long. I'm just glad that he finally got caught.
Even more absurd when you realize that he was using a sorta dated method that people before him have already been caught using.
No one took him seriously that's why (I'd say it's the DList team's fault for not catching this sooner). This substantial amount of trolling and methods used was so stupid, it seems brilliant and simply laughable.

Guys, even if he ended up hacking, don't feel bad if you feel like you are progressing slower. And yes, the jump to Wasureta was most likely real. It is sad that Space ended up cheating, but either way, this can't stop you from playing the game you love...

Although space heavily hacked the whole demonlist, he was still a talented player because his jump from Decode to Windy Landscape was legit. And although he still hacked The Golden, the fact he still managed to get 96% as his 5th Demon is still impressive
Space couldve gone a good and legítimate way to becoming a top 1... But he got ambitious and decided to do it the fast and easy way... If he had waited and practiced more and more... He wouldve been legit...
@@scubasteve6175 No, he actually beat those legit. He only hacked the golden, and got hungrier for fame afterwards. Everything before that was 100% legit, which is pretty surprising. The thing is, the better and more talented you are at games makes you more inclined to cheat, as you feel that you deserve that fame and get frustrated when you don't get the luck you want. That's definitely how spaceuk felt after hacking the golden.

It’s very impressive to think that anyone was trying to keep up to spaceuk in retrospect, those players are incredibly talented. I’m just glad that space go caught though, thanks to paqoe for exposing this.
This is honestly one the best videos about the spaceuk situation.
I personally hate Space for hacking his completions because he was one the reasons why i started playing gd again (i stopped playing in march 2018 and came back 2022) but at the same time i have massive respects for him to just openly admitting and forgiving everyone. Im pretty sure not everyone is able to do that. However as Space said: nothing in the world will justify this. He must've felt like murderer, who felt guilty at first but then he didn't give a sh*t about anyone and continued. Im pretty sure almost everyone lost a bit of trust in the top gd players.

Its sad, I looked up to him. From what I heard he ended up getting death threats. Those weren't deserved, but I hope he ends up living a good life after all of this. I hate him for what he did, but it isnt right to hold a grudge. Anyways, you are a better person to look up to, dont cheat, fast improvement, and great youtuber. Keep up the great work sikky!

I keep hearing people say they feel bad for space and all; but keep this in mind:
He had to be CORNERED into a confession, and as npesta said, he wouldn't have confessed any time soon. Me and many others looked up to space a lot and he's always been my GD role model, and that being said, it's a little painful to hear that basically everything he "beat" was hacked, but I still don't feel bad for him. How do you talk to your close friends while carrying all that guilt on your back? And who even knows if he'll keep his promise and pay back the money from the monetization of the videos?
Just my view on it, though.
I'll forgive him when he at least try to do his so called "promise"

This video is one of the greatest videos made about this scandal. I started playing GD late last year and watched a video by FreshLakeWater about the biggest cheaters in the game. At the time I didn’t know how big this was! You are amazing SiKky! Don’t stop making videos!
Not to mention, when Paqoe exposed him, space only admitted to hacking a few levels after he completed the top 75. This means that he lied about hacking all of his other achievements which he was later exposed for hacking nearly all of them.
This is probably the best video i have seen on this situation. You acctually gave space a chance ( meening you knew he is wrong but still showed his point of view and how he apologized ) and we dont know, maby space might return to the game away from the public eyes and acctually try to beat demons legit. GD is just one of those games. I personally loved space, he was funny and if he was acctually that good it would have been awesome to have such a god of a player but it was to good to be true. I hope he can redeem himself in someway even if he will never gain our respect again.

The last time I’ve seen a cheating scandal like this having *this* much of an impact was to 3 people, 1 having being a rumour. Cyclic, andromeda and 3x0t1c (exotic,he’s the rumour. Apparently he died)
this cheating scandal feels so obvious based on the context of his origin and the speed of completion on his levels. But, at the same time, it was so well executed (yet so simple) that it literally fooled everyone for years... everyone who was suspicious is probably so mad and happy right now

Its actually Crazy when that good of a play that you looked up to for around 2 years inspiring you to never quit and keep trying and he comes out to be a cheater like it took me 2 years when I was 8 to get off of 58 percent on TOE2 and now Im 15 and have 57 demons done. and i looked up to him to rise in rankings one day.

Fun fact: spaceuk actually started live streaming rebeating all his hacked completions WITHOUT zbot, and he said something at the beginning of his stream for the golden “I’m not here for the fame and money, I just want to rebeat everything I hacked” or something like that

And even though I think what he did is wrong and completely selfish since he robbed players of money and awards by hacking, I do forgive him. I see at some points he wanted to stop and tried to give up but he was already in too deep.

When I heard about the scandal, I was genuinely devastated, I loved SpaceUK and he was my inspiration, I was hoping it was a joke this entire time. But out of kindness in general, I feel bad for him, his mental state has gone down and he gets threats. For those that thinks he deserves it, its only to a certain degree, the fact some people in insensitive about someone hating themselves is a bit too rough.
I'm not a dick rider or anything though. I think what he has done is wrong, but I could actually feel the emotions in his apology, and I think the least he can do is go back and legitimately do The Golden or some other levels he cheated.

While I agree that most won’t get away with it, the claim “I’ve never seen anyone get away with cheating” sort of means nothing. Because of someone got away with it, you wouldn’t know that they cheated. Not a stab at you, just something I noticed. Good video!

As an SpaceUK fanboy I'm pretty sad that he hacked everything
he was legit until Golden, so not everything
I think when he hacked his completions, especially those of the hardest levels, he was feeling very guilty already, but he couldnt imagine the hate coming to him when he admitted, so he continued and had a large weight on his chest that he just tried to ignore. I feel like he must have been relieved that he got exposed, because he can start living again without constantly having a bad feeling about gd. I think after all, because of that, his apology is 100% serious, just because he needs to do this in order to live normally again.
I feel like space joining the community was actually kind of good, it pushed others to play levels that they couldn't have, if space didn't exist, tartarus could've very well be still in the top 1 spot right now

Tbh if SpaceUK really felt guilty for all of this he would’ve confessed after his hacked “The Golden” record got accepted, but he made the apology after his exposal, which screams “I’m only sorry because I got caught” to me.
It’s also mind-boggling how he used a method that didn’t work for so long with others before him, but for him it worked like a charm. Bet it’s through influence and a few legit achievements prior to that. No one bothered to check until someone actually did.
