He literally could not stop himself from saying "that's what she said". Hilarious!

I love this floor plan and it's cheaper than the Cali, bigger than Alex. I hope they can offer this at Epperson and great price too. Thanks for showing

I hope the market adjusts itself at some point. $273k is just way too much for that small amount of space.
Yes, I realize the market is horrifically inflated.

This must not be in Texas because all water heaters must be elevated in that state.

Def not Texas (to GD hot). I’m in FL where we love our gators and humidity.

Big deal breaker with that primary right off the main living area, talk about lack of privacy for the owner's suite!! The only house that I like by D.R. Horton is The McKenzie, that particular house would be the only house that I would consider purchasing by them.

And the kitchen really isn’t much of a kitchen. It’s almost like it was crammed in that corner as an afterthought, without anywhere near the amount of storage space/cabinetry needed. I would expect at least double the amount of space and I don’t even cook.

Actually the newer ones have tile also smart tech and idk what kitchen cram your talking about it’s a started one family home and utilizes the spaces it needs to very well unfortunately I highly doubt either of you cook so no need for a big elaborate kitchen
