The A320 Neo is by far an away the worst plane in the BA fleet and should be avoided if possible. No drinks tables in business, only the first few rows in economy have proper seats, behind that you gets slimline seats without headrests which are non-recline. A legacy of former CEO Alex Cruz, I hope that these are retrofitted in due course and future deliveries retain the primary seating design.
