Hey, fellow bike dad here :) thanks for the videos, excellent content. Your kids are great shredders! Subscribed! Did you also get your hands on the Early Rider Seeker line of trail bikes? If so, how would you compare them to the Woom Offs (without the suspension forks)? Cheers!
Great video! We're in Switzerland and I want to get my two boys their first MTB. If there is a lot of climbing involved, would you ever consider getting a the e-version of this bike? Or do you think the gearing is sufficient to enable them to build strength for climbing? Or are bikes like these meant to be used more for XC or descending when you have access to a lift. Thanks!
I am considering to upgrade the rigid fork on Woom 5 OFF to the air fork, but it's not the lightest (~ 2000g). I am considering a RST First 24", which should be 1620g. I am not sure if it is possible to replace the headset's top bearing to accomodate the RST First. What would you recommend?
Woom makes great bikes but I avoid companies that try to create their own class of bike. Is it a bmx or mtb? Its just weird. Now they are trying to do a real MTB but missing the Mark still. Forks look cool but tapered to 1 inch? What?
Hi, thanks for this review. What in Your opinion is better - woom off air 5 or early rider hellion 24.? I looking new bike for my son 24", but due to problem to get new bike in Poland I don't have to muche choose. He raiding single track, pump track and sometimes longest gravel bike trips. Now we have woom off 4, but on new season need to be 24". I was thinking about commercial meta 24 but this bike looks big compared to other.
The early rider will be smaller fitting due to lower minimum seat height and stack height. The woom is more suited for xc style terrain and kids new to mountain biking. The ER will be easier to weight front end and push harder in descending trails. Both great bikes. The price difference is big however so may play into decision. Both great resale value.

Love the videos. Thanks for spreading the stoke! Just subbed!
It'd be super cool if you could actually get one..been waiting for Offair 5 for a few months, to get in stock.

These are more XC. We would look to full suspension for lift access bike park. The e version is best for big adventures with a lot of climbing.

I love everything except the price...
Is there a dropper post you’d recommend for the 20 inch?

The newer woom off models say they are now dropper post compatible? Is this to say the previous off models weren’t/aren’t?
