a great video. I think you were very sensible to abandon that sweater when you decided you no longer liked it. Frankly, I did not think the bobbles suited that yarn. It looks much better as a blanket, and now you can enjoy working it. I really like making blankets and do several every year - the only problem is deciding what to do with them... Actually I gift them to organisations that deal with crises - we have had a lot of flooding and some fires in our area in the last 5 months, so blankets are handy at times like that. Also, the homeless are always in need. Good for you being honest about a yarn you are not keen on - we don't have to like everything we try, but trying is good. Love the red sweater. Thank you, Sally, for your kind words and thoughtful comments. I'm glad you enjoyed the video and could relate to the decision to abandon a project that didn't feel right. I agree that this yarn looks much better as a blanket. And it is an amazing idea to gift them to organizations that deal with crises! You're making a difference! I'll check if there are organizations like this in the Netherlands as well.
Приключение одной пряжи, которая стала пледом)))
Какая классная установка: вяжу, что хочу. Надо позаимствовать у вас))
И плед на удивление быстро вяжется, будто пряжа так и хотела, и со свитерами специально упрямилась :-)
a great video.
