    I'm 47 & I love these videos. They remind me how even in your 40s you can still achieve impressive goals. I mean seriously 20 cals in 20 seconds, i don't know if I should laugh or cry. Total respect! 😂

    I'm 56...240# and I look and feel like a melted candle. No drive, no energy anymore...I'm going to sign up for this and turn some shit around. I wont ever be a Recon Marine again, but for damn sure I can look fit and be fit.

      How's it going? I'm 42, 210, and drink like a fish, so I want to turn some shit around now too, and was looking at this program?

    This hit home. I lost that sense of purpose when I got out of the Marines a couple years ago. Moved back to a small town and have none of my workout buddies or anything. Working a normal job now and currently trying to find that “thing”. Good to know other people feel this

    I’ve watched you for years, and this is my favorite video. Solid philosophy to life, and I like it better without music during reps

    Josh, I’ve been following you for several years and always enjoy your workouts and content.
    Any chance of doing a video where you go through warmups, cooldowns, and/or stretching routines? I’m 38 now and have experienced more muscle strains and injuries than all my injuries combined as a younger man. I know it is my lack of stretching and so I have started to make changes.
    I appreciate the info on Voodoo floss. I know you always take the time to warmup properly and all that but was hoping to get more specifics on what movements and the benefits.
    Much appreciated!

    Your an amazing person Josh! No worldly communities, goals or items will ever fulfill a person. We were created by God to seek and honor Him with our lives and that is the only purpose that will last a lifetime and into eternity. There is a Being who created everything and He wants a relationship so bad with each and every one of us that He sacrificed His life in order for us to be able to have life. God Bless you in Jesus name!

    Armored. That's a cool sounding name to me, built on a foundation of a strong back and legs. Looking into different programs, especially for men 40 + (I`m 48). I`ve tried plenty the last year as I have travelled a lot and been to different box and been following their programming for a few weeks at a time.

    That beginning few lines is spot on about purpose when you're young you think you fit into a box of some sort of identity usually dictated by society and the robotic system we are in instead of being young focusing on God family we focus on ourselves and what we want to be in this world some sort of me first job me first entertainer me first athlete and then all that goes away like Josh says, then what

      I’m sure they don’t drug test. Bridges is prolly ok TRT now. But I’ve known some navy seals and they said they had access to any type of PEDs they wanted and a lot of times were encouraged to take them. So yeah. I doubt Bridges has been natty in a long fucking time… 🤣

    • @ryanmyers2559
      @ryanmyers2559 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @pw91686 people act like TRT is a magical way of cheating to get fit. However, it doesn't do the work for you. Doing therapy to keep Testosterone in a healthy range helps with motivation and allows for more efficient recovery than if you were at 100-300 but you still have to work. Keeping Testosterone at a healthy level doesn't make you a cheater, it helps keep you healthy.

    54 did a sprint distance triathlon. My swim wasn't good but that just made my bike and run very good. Age group wise I came out water 5 mins behind. So embarrassed that on the bike I caught up to the back, and on the run passed everyone. Disappointed with. Swim, bike as expected n run was exceptional for me.
    Try a sprint Tri. Oh it was all cross country.

      Never been on any. You can optimize your hormones naturally. Sleep, cut out alcohol, cut out sugar. Lift heavy. People today are so quick to go on something instead of trying to do things naturally. It’s insane to me
