Conan Exiles is an open-world survival game, in the brutal lands of Conan The Barbarian. You are an exile, one of thousands cast out to fend for themselves in a barbaric wasteland swept by terrible sandstorms and besieged on every side by Enemies. Here you must fight to survive, build and dominate.
Hungry, thirsty and alone, your very first battle is that against the harsh environment. Grow crops or Hunt animals for food. Harvest Resources to Craft Weapons and Tools. Build a shelter to survive. Very well done. Covering how to play without doing a bunch of spoilers can be difficult but the two vids in this series so far are a perfect example that not only CAN it be done but how to do it.

One thing I would suggest for new players. Unlock only what you need at that time. if you can unlock some thing when you hit 20 may have to wait till 21 or 22 to get the points not all unlocks are the same points.

also the vast majority of what you will need to unlock with be in cornerstones or survival tabs, only need new construction once you hit certain lvls, and very little to start with from armor and weapon tabs, maybe 1 set for each normal and epic lvls to complete the journeys.
I think it's great that you are doing these Beginner's Guides. There is so much ground to cover in CE & a new player can find themselves quickly overwhelmed by it. So, it's a really good thing that new players can come check out these videos to learn what they need to do to get the most out of their games.

Another thing I just thought of related to the decay timer is that you can link bases by building a "road" that starts attached to your primary base and reaches the secondary base foundation. This "road " doesn't have to be continuous. Once you are started, you can pick up the following pieces and use them on the front. As long as you don't delete all of the pieces, the link to the primary base is intact. I use sandstone pillars and ceiling tiles for this. Using this method, you can have all your remote bases on the same decay timer, and updating the timer on any of the linked bases will update it on all the others. It's very handy when you need to update and have limited time.
I’ll cover decay as a whole at some point again. Trying to do these in bite sized packages.

Wonderful content. Even after over a year of playing CE, I still realize you have so many wonderful points for beginning CE.
One think I'd humbly add: When i travel from noob river toward Sepermiru, I carry a stone pickaxe, even if I have the iron tools knowldecge. I do this because the stone pickaxe is the only pickaxe you can repair without having to carry iron, steel, etc. In other words, I can repair it or remake it on the fly with not concerning myself if I brought enough resources as I set out on this trek.
I mean, yes, of course it breaks down quicker, and it takes more "whacks" to harvest the resources. But I'm getting the resources I need to repair it with every strike of my pick.
Stone tools remain useful for exactly the reasons you mention.

In a jiffy, you don't have to build a whole house to be protected from sandstorm. A minimalist corner construction with a ceiling tile will serve.

Im level 32 now and still dont have the amount of things you can make. I dont get it, how do i get new recipes in this game and learn new things? I also dont have certain knowledge i need to complete certain journeys, like the carpenter knowledge. Can anyone help?

2 episodes away, but there are 2 settings in the gamplay area that you want to check. The first is "show name plates" should be checked it's at the top of the page. The other one is a the bottom of the page and it says "show bar values." Having both boxes check will display just like you saw in my video.
