Gorgeous home but Chicago is too cold! And gloomy.
Need a mic and a better camera or somethings off about it...framerate maybe but it stutters and has a lot of digital noise after TH-cams compression of the video...if you use a better camera that can negate that a bit...KBHD did a vid about, using a phone may not work like it use to...no matter the phone...sensors matter. So far with what you got is okay for a few views but if you want more its a long process becasue the market is flooded. Good vid because you did it. This is where you go look at the other channels, the edit, the presents on camera, and so on....what make it different from yours and how do they come off to you in that video....they relaxed in self a bit, pending their personality coming out over the "professional"; larger channels have comments saying you need to be professional....WTF that means.....you'll grow faster with a bit more practice and what knot....just keep posting...you may not even have to change a thing or much, unless people are consistent within the comment section about "real things". If you are a realtor people want to know how to be able to live in Chicago, Illinois, if you get what I am stating. You have knowledge about the area and if you are a realtor you'll have more about what it cost per the home or location you live in with how much it cost to own and run homes. There's also how the laws with real estate work within the city limits v outside city limits...if any besides HOA or some other variant of that.
I watched another channel, the guy is a realtor from Texas, I was thinking of purchasing a home there, he runs through the home and you can't really see anything and his camera is bad becasue he uses a phone, just becasue the phone is 1K dollars doesn't mean it has the correct chips, software, lenses, and sensors for the camera to work within it without compressing the video file so much....he's not getting that many views becasue of it. Also, people can't get a connection with him becasue its a bit not relaxed, music blaring, and no where near casual. He also does talk or be in camera, at least your doing that. Now, there is a female realtor in Atlanta, she kind of does the same thing he does, but her market is Atlanta where there are homes of many type that give off vibes of southern homes, a bit of Chicago and New York, and California type homes within this large area they call a city...she also use a better camera.
As for videos on TH-cam these days, editing can help some, unless you going for a reality type video...there's still editing, and you really got to find who you are compared to the other channels, try not to be them, it is not the answer. People already see them and those channels have grown to expand their reach into other markets and collaboration to keep up content. Just be self and build a "relationship" with the customer, if you are a realtor, and audience if you seeking to grow. You can keep it professional but many of those channels are too "NEWS" Anchor and not many people watch because they are selling with not connection. The only thing you may have over the others can be access to a market they have limited knowledge about and people they may not have access to. Your in a city and I am sure there are other homes that other channels will not show....show us Chicago. Also, remember....people come for the home...which is the product they don't have to "porn" watch on Zillow if a video is around...they also come for the knowledge....having something people don't know will lead to more being interested in knowing more....and they stay for you....coming off too much of something is a difficult thing to avoid but when its not really a nature of a person people can tell. Its also has something to do with personality...some have a very laxed personality and others are needing to dial it back like the Paul brothers but that's their demographic of viewers....knowing the audience matters....its working for them to be kind of "douchey"....and that's me tryin to be nice.
Your cameraman is your mom and working with your mom is makes your parents relationship beautiful than this home.❤️

The wallpaper is ugly!! No real closest space for a home that costs almost $4M.
Not worth the asking price , the rooms are small, space looks tight! & a 2 1/2 car garage??? Who has 2 1/2 cars??😗😗 This screams severely over priced.
