It doesn't have a motion sensor. You can only view live video when the doorbell button is pressed.

Hopefully might help the 90% error fail , we have our own password on our router after many attepts i kept getting 90% and fail . I found using the actual wifi name and password that comes on your router works .

Idk if this is what I have but it looks similar. Somebody gave me this yesterday and the app is for X Smart. Friend didn't have the box or instructions, said she ordered from Temu. During setup, the app says "binding failed" and the device says "please rebind." I don't know what this means. I emailed the developer but no reply.

You might have to try it for 3 to 4 times. Just follow the steps in this video and ensure that both your Bluetooth and Internet are switched on.

It doesn't connect to WI Fi, and not only mine, but other WiFi and phones too... Only buy this thing if you are ok with it having a chance of not working at all and of corse giving no feedback of what the problem is. I mean it could at least give me an error number or something

The X9 Visualization Smart doorbell devixe(s) once it needs to be reset, the reset will constantly fail. If you uninstall, then reinstall, the device message will ask you for a code which is your email address. The email address then fails. Yet, the device will constantly ask to log-in using your email address, to send an access security code that fails to send that security code.that

The only time you need your email is when you are creating an account on the app. This doorbell doesn't demand for code after resetting it. See this video
