You are having fun with the drone. I am going to do the course here (UK) to get the required pilot in control licence. A friend has a drone I can have as first one, see how I get on. The garage looks good. Accuracy in measurement is key. And having skilled workers who do a proper job. Having your order book filled for many months ahead is proof of your good reputation for quality build. There is a lot of bending, lifting, and awkward position work involved. Make sure you get professional help if backache continues. Getting treatment's, or a set of stretches to do yourself, will help if done before things get too bad. Keeping your posture in a safe position when lifting or moving lumber is important. The lift of the roof trusses looked awkward but probably there wasn't that much load on you as the trusses pivoted upright. I like your explanations, such why you put sheeting on as you go...secure trusses from wind blowing them over. Hopefully you get decent weather for the rest of the build.

Hey Ken. Is there a reason you wouldn't want the sheathing to overlap both top plates? I know it gets covered by the soffit, but is it just not necessary structurally?
All tgs videos I have seen with the technic of flipping up the trusses they don't show the last few. With not having enough room for them to flip up what do you do. Hump them up straight?

Won’t your truss manufacture deliver the trusses to the roof? Temp wall down the center makes install lots easier.

How do you put the trusses in when you get toward the other side? It would seem there is no room to swing them up when you get to the end.
We tip up the last 3 regular trusses and tack them against the last regular truss we put up. Then we slide them over one by one.
