Gotta second this for sure. There are a multitude of medium to large TH-camrs who, after shitting on SS and encouraging folks to go to TW, just made sure they shared their local contacts amongst themselves so that they could be made whole, and then just walked away from the situation THEY helped create! Never ever really going to bat for their audiences who they lead to TW in the first place. Now you mention it to them and they claim you are bringing negative vibes to their platform 🙄 A little sticktoitness and you’ve already gained traction, which is good for every collector out there that this helps! Justin’s Collection, Willfoxification, OneSixthMan, Onesixthmafia, Jehda Patrol, Figure Focus, and all the other channels spun from all of those. All they had to do was stand up for the community, but nope. Thanks for standing 10 toes down to be a decent human and friend to all those in the community that you don’t even know.
wow... good for you mate. I had ordered SW toys miss wong from them in May of last year and also got the same experience where it took them weeks to months before responding. The item has an estimated release date of Q4 2023 in their website and during the course of my back-and-forth emails with customer service, they say the item will release by End of February 2024. Last update I got from them was on March 14, and they still say item will release end of February even though it's already March. I replied back on March 27 asking for an update and until now no response (It's May already, almost 1 year since i placed the order) So I gave up and already filed a dispute with my bank, got my money back. I'm glad your issue got resolved and you got your order, but I don't think I would go through the hassle. Never buying from them again.
Congratulations on receiving your order!!! Sadly I was deceived after successfully receiving one figure, so had pre-ordered five more and have not received a single one. The first two they cancelled but did refund me, but it was months after I paid shipping and never received my orders despite them assuring me they were being worked on. They later told me they didn’t have the stock to fulfill my orders. The third figure they cancelled on me they refused a refund, only store credit (that I will never use). My last two orders I had shipping paid and received tracking last year, was told I’d get it in Q3 and Q4 of 2023. They have completely ignored my emails and private messages so as of today, still nothing and I’ve emailed numerous times just these past months. Thanks for fighting the good fight though and sharing this for others…
Nice work Andrew! I was scammed by TW before. I had orders with value over 1300 euros. I got no figures or money. I went for PayPal and my bank and after a huge work, managed to get every penny back. Previously I was loyal customer of them but last two years... Oh man. I Never do business with them again. Im happy you got the figure 💪
I have not and will not ever order from Toys Wonderland, but it is nice to see that they are trying to change some things, and that you finally got your order! I watched in order to get a better grasp on what made them so controversial, and you have done a great job showing people their shortcomings. I hope this has helped everyone who still needs their figures and hopefully gives toys wonderland a kick in the ass to get things moving if they ever want to restore any sort of trust with their consumer base. First to say ,congrats ! Second and more important - good job! I think you are doing a service to the 1/6 community and i thank you for that . Now ,from what I’ve heard ( by other YTers mainly and in the groups ) , when someone publicly outs Toys Wonderland , then they decide to send the ones who out them their stuff ,finally . And honestly i hope when my PO is ready by InArt , I truly hope I won’t have to do that in order to get my fully paid Aragorn figure I have there . About their “ reform “ they’ve been promising it since at least half a year now ,and it’s way too inconsistent so far . Again , I truly hope I won’t have to go through the same headache you did in order to get my order . And about Justin . I’ve noticed him and actually many others have put like a lot of words ,that once used the comment gets unpublished. On top of those YT has its own very broad words that it censures ,they don’t have to be remotely offensive . Usually on financial matters . Which makes it pretty hard to have a proper discussion on YT comment sections ,by my experience. But I am guessing he has filters put on Toys Wonderland and related ,which if he doesn’t go back manually ,the thing will just disappear . Which is a huge disservice to the community tbh ,because new collectors can’t be warned . And you do good to point out Justin’s disclaimers give no real context of the dangers etc.
Glad you got it resolved. On Monday I messaged Andy at the number provided and he still hasn’t responded. My last TW order has a UPS tracking number (label printed) but hasn’t moved at all… 😓

That's superb news for you Andrew! I'm super glad you finally got your WW figure. After some further delays, Andy from TW has told me my figures are now scheduled for shipping next week. I'll let you know what happens.

@@andrewhallab Well, I'm here with an update @andrewhallab. Amazingly after more than 2 years and a 2 month conversation with Andy at TW, they finally shipped some figures to me. I think I'm still in shock that anything actually arrived! 4 out of the 5 figures I ordered have now arrived, which is somewhat of a miracle, meaning there is some (slight) hope for collectors. Just keep sending messages to Andy. I expect he has a huge backlog now that his contact details have been shared throughout the community. He has been my only form of communication for TW over the last 9 months, as all previous email comms went silent. I'll try to get my final outstanding figure sent too - but who knows? Good Luck to all of us. Please any newbies, NEVER order from TW.
@andrewhallab yes, I've heard of them, but never ordered from them. A brief story about me. I didn't join the party and get into the 1/6 scale figure game till 2021. I have all the Hot Toys War Machine figures, because he's one of the few favorite Marvel characters I really like. The reason why I got all my figures from Toys Wonderland, because at the time, they had everything I wanted in stock vs Sideshow Collectibles. So I took my business to TW. I feel like if Toys Wonderland has the product in stock, then it should be business as normal. Now the tracking number thing is concerning. But if you pre-order an item, who knows when you'll actually get that item. Will be in the same situation as you. The last item I purchased from TW was the 1/6 scale OG War Machine suite. I didn't pre-order it. Just waited till it became available. Was slightly cheaper also. But overall, all these videos are very concerning for TW. They've been fine with me, but maybe next time I could have issues with them. My bad for the long story.
Great news, Andrew! Glad you received your figure and it's great that you went to the necessary lengths to get TW to respond and take action. I would still avoid TW but if everyone can get their orders like you did, that would be a good start.
I can appreciate what you are trying yo do for the community. When I first started collecting i did stumble upon Toys Wonderland and was interested but after seeing the reviews online, on social media, etc I said nope. Just wasn’t going to chance it. Even if they are trying to improve things, their reputation is completely ruined. I actually laugh when i see a new post on Facebook, etc from someone who ordered something from them and hasn’t received it or have gotten a response from them. Like dude, are you serious? Don’t you check the reviews, comments, etc etc saying not to order from them? I mean hell, this has been going on for years! I’m shocked they are even still in business tbh, any other place would of been shut down you would think. Occasionally you may see one or two posts saying “They sent me my figure!” But i still wouldn’t trust them let alone order from them.
I pre-ordered a figure in August 2023. I sent 10 messages and didn't get a single reply. I then tried to settle things via Paypal, but the 180 days are already over. absolutely disgusting pigs!!! 350€ are gone!

I ordered a Deluxe Luke Bespin on 2nd May which is in stock. Label has been printed, still not delivered. Have send 3 emails asking for an update, no reply. I had no problems with them in the past. Getting a big concerned now.

Me too. Preordered two figures in 2022. Paid the shipping Summer 2023 and still nothing. They refunded me in store credit and now aren’t shipping the in stock items I bought with it.
If I was you, I would cancel as I've had this but going on for a month now with a recent order. Cant get a reply or an update. When i did they said there going to ship it out by next week that was 2 weeks ago now. Still being ignored. I've spent 3,000.00 GBP with them on orders about 1 and 1/2 years ago that I haven't received.
Yes I think it is time to give notice to cancel the order, demand a tracking that shows item is on it's way or go through your bank and request a chargeback.

Hi Andrew, I have a pre order which I partially paid, judging by the negative reputation, you think I should make a full payment and hope they send or make a police report in my country and try to get a dispute through my bank?
I would say no more payment to them and contact the bank. Let them know the situation and tell them you want to cancel the order and reverse the charge. You can show them evidence such as these videos but the bank may already be aware of them.
My 1973 Wolverine figure still is stuck on label created for two months. They never sent it and no reply to any of my emails. So much for them improving their service.
Thank you for sharing your story. It is these comments that will help people see what is happening and it is a shame that the service is the way it is.

I'm a huge fan of his and watching these videos of yours, it saddens me he has ignored and deleted your messages. I ordered my InArt The Batman premium figure with toys wonderland because Justin recommended im knew to collecting figures it's been a year since i made my purchase and my order still says processing i am now just finding out toys wonderland sucks

I try to contact the number but they haven’t replied yet.😢 I ordered from them two years ago and still haven’t received the figure. I stop getting reply from customer service after march and haven’t been able to contact them since. The worst part is I live in Hong Kong without time zone differences and I still can’t reach them. Next time you talk to your new mate from toys wonderland,ask him the people ordered from Comic Sanctorum,(part off toys wonderland)will they get there figures, I've lost 4 figures not delivered any one else ordered from Comic Sanctorum not received there figures

How long did shipping take once it was marked as shipped? I'm also from Australia so just trying to get a rough time frame. Just had my order marked as shipped but the tracking link with number they provided me does not work at the moment. They've said they set up the tracking number in advanced, but when I got on to my account its marked as "Shipped". Thanks :)
Same here from Australia. TW informed me it’s shipped on 29 May 2024 and provided with UPS shipping number. Until now UPS hasn’t received any items from TW. In between, TW also informed me it would be shipped by the end of June but never did. Not sure if they are going to fulfill their promises. Shall I wait for further or just contact my bank?

I'm so happy for you and the way you kept fighting for your item. At present I'm in the same situation as you, this was very informative and you handled it like a professional. I reached out to them about a figure from the Endgame movie, which was the wizard but unlicensed companies have to use a different name in my case the figure is called the SOUL GHOST and I ordered it way back in July 9 2021. They responded with their BS comment about waiting to her from company. I told them like you I would like the item I paid for and if you can't deliver just refund my money back. Still waiting for a response.

My orders from 2022 most of them have been released already. But when you do the payment option it's a separate company. When we reached out to them they told us there is nothing they can do. To be honest I just want my toys and a response from anyone

I pre-ordered eight Hot Toys products from Toys Wonderland two years ago and I'm still yet to recieve anything. I emailed customer service more than ten times a month ago but they never responded. I sent multiple messages to the WhatsApp contact Andy Kwool from your video but he never responded. Now I really don’t know what to do. Is there any other way? Thank you.
You can try reporting to your bank and also continue to reach out to Toys Wonderland so they do not forget about you. You could also do what I did, which is make a TH-cam video about your experience.
I was in a similar position, I paid for an Iron patriot plus the exorbitant delivery fee and never received it nor any replies to my emails UNTILL the 19th of May which said that my order is on its way. They apologised for the delay and were upgrading my delivery to DHL express (which is what I already paid for). They were going to send me the dhl tracking information and to this day I haven’t heard anything back from them again. I watched this video and thought screw it, I’ve sent them another email asking to replace the iron patriot (as I’ve bought it from someone else now) to a Batman (and included the MMS codes of 2 options for the same price) all as a gesture of good will. I’m assuming my email will either go unanswered or I will be brushed off, either way I don’t expect anything from them.

I had a 9mth payment plan with them for the Premier Toys 1/6 The Martian spacesuited figure. It was paid off as of one month ago. I have received NO communications from them whatsoever, and they have ignored every email that I have sent them. My Orders show the Status as "processing" (as it has since I placed the order months ago). And I tried the WhatsApp communication with Andy on May 5th (and a few times since) which generated no response. Worst of all, the page which had the figure on it has been giving a 404 error (not a sold out or anything - just a dead end, like it never existed) for quite a while now.
No, it's been days. I wonder if "Andy" is actually Philip Liu, the founder of Toys Wonderland who Justin from Justin's Collection was chummy with? I filed a complaint with the Hong Kong consumer council last night. Not that I expect it to accomplish much. Toys Wonderland has had my money for about two years now.
I ordered a Hot Toys - Black Widow via Toys Wonderland and i ended up emailing them 8+ times and not once did they reply? ..then, out of th blue, i received an email from the courier (UPS) that my parcel was on the way! ..yesterday my Black Widow arrived! - Yay! ..today i ordered another Hot Toys figure through Toys Wonderland.. their CS sucks big time at times.. their prices can be good.. to be fair to TW, as much as i bitch'n'nmoan about them, they come through most of the time. I say most of time, as i did have a spell where i cancelled all my TW orders in exchange for Store Credit.. TW delivered all the figures i spent my store credit on :)
After two years I got them to refund my preorders for store credit. I tried buying a couple of in stock figures with the credit about a month and a half ago and they just keep stringing me along. First they gave me a tracking number that didn’t work and then an ups tracking number that’s been stuck at “label created” for a week. I still wouldn’t advise buying from them to my worst enemy.
@@andrewhallab the tracking they gave me was September last year for an in stock figure. It was never sent. They then said mid February this year. I had two figures I was waiting on. That was sent and I did the same thing you did. But the still in stock figure has never been shipped. I don’t have WhatsApp but got it and I can’t use it for some reason.
Hello Andrew, first I’d like to thank you for everything you’ve done to help everyone going through this difficult situation with Toys wonderland. My brother is going through the same ordeal and has made many attempts to contact them through all social media accounts and has had no success whatsoever. It’s been about two years now and he’s still waiting on his orders of the ghostbusters vehicle and the back to the future car as well. He has over 4,000$ invested already and still hasn’t received anything. Please if there’s anyway or any advice on how to go about this it would be greatly appreciated. Is this number posted really the owner? Which website should I go to for actual contact with someone who can help us or what kind of action should we take. Please can u help us?
Thanks for your kind words, it is much appreciated. You could do what I did which is having an email trail and contacting the bank and posting to their social media. The number is not from the owners to my understanding. You could even make a TH-cam video like I have (actually I have 3 videos on the topic).

I have rang through on the number on screen but no one has answered and the call does not go to message bank. No response from my emails since Dec. 2023.
We might have to be patient while Andy deals with a lot of calls. I know it is not what you want to hear. You can also look at other strategies we talked about in previous videos like going to your bank.
@@andrewhallab Yes, I have pretty much exhausted most other avenues, like you, my bank granted a good faith gesture but only on direct bank transactions, I have two Pay pal payments (larger amounts) they are not reimbursing and as I mentioned in my previous message, Pay pal will not assist. I will contact AFCA - Australian Financial Complaints Authority as advised by my bank in the hope they may influence Pay pal. It is a very sorry affair, the only way "Andy" will honour his customers, is, if he is publicly called out, such as you shown. I will persist with phone calls and emails in the hope that eventually I will receive satisfaction. Toys wonderland, never again, in fact I would avoid all pre orders completely. Happy Collecting.

Just an FYI, Justin has posted multiple times on his Facebook, on his TH-cam, along with doing live chats. Justin has done a lot to let people know. I'm not sure what more you want him to do. He's been very public about what happened between him and Toys Wonderland.
He could allow comments on his videos, trim the sections of his video promoting them, add a disclaimer to all videos where he promoted them and explained why he is not affiliated in the disclaimer.

Hi Andrew, i’m reaching out in your comment section to possibly get help. I ordered the Inart Joker with them and it was more than I could afford but i bought it because for as long as i can remember i’ve been trying to snipe the Dx11 joker but was never able to afford it. Toyswonderland has the payment plans in their site and when the Inart joker was put up for preordered i thought that the stars have aligned and i pulled the trigger. That was in 2022. The figure released last year and they even asked me to pay for the shipping which was the price of a regular Hot Toys figure. It’s been over a year now that i have been waiting for it to arrive. It says it’s been shipped and i’ve reached out to them numerous times. I had to use two different emails aswell because they stopped replying to my original one. I am now at a loss. Please, Any help would be appreciated.

No reply at all from the Andy and Toys Wonderland's CS. They just tried to "convince" they are good so that they can continue their immoral acts and capture more money from other toys collectors.
They will only do this for people that make enough of a stink for them. This is damage control 101... Once this all blows over and these videos sink to the bottom of the TH-cam algorythm, they will back to their BAU shenanigans.
Was just about to pull the trigger on a pre-order, So glad I went to TRUST PILOT. Absoloutly awful feedback. To be fair to Justin he does mention in all of his video TO DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, so he does slip in a disclaimer in every video to cover his arse lol.
Goodness, I have a lot of thoughts. I'm honestly really glad you got a better outcome than most, but I'd say this isn't good news at all, it's the absolute bare minimum! You paid for this three years ago and they likely sent it only because they don't want more "I was scammed" videos on TH-cam. I don't think if you hadn't had made these videos they would have looked twice at your order honestly, all these companies have one face for the TH-camrs and another face for everybody else, they just messed up with you by treating you like a normal ignorable customer first lol. Regarding him not liking the word scam; when you take money for an item, don't send or pretend to send the item yet still refuse to refund people that's literally a scam, and sending those fake tracking details and fake delivery delay updates in order to push people past the usual refund window is also a scam. Thanks for talking about the hundreds of other people scammed by them at least lol.

It takes a long time to built a good reputation. But it can be ruined rather quickly ... No matter what, I will never purchase from them again. And showing Andy's number in a TH-cam video isn't okay. There are a lot of crazy people out there. Now Andy needs a new number ... And being on the phone 24/7 isn't what anybody wants. He keep up the good work and I love that you contacted the bank. It is all about how Toys Wonderland handles their outstanding orders. It received the money but failed to deliver the goods to its customers. Its CS did not respond follow-up emails. All these make its customers find ways to get their ordered goods back. No one knows the identity of the "Andy". Not reviewed all comments but it seems no one got an answer or the outstanding goods from this Andy recently.

Gotta second this for sure. There are a multitude of medium to large TH-camrs who, after shitting on SS and encouraging folks to go to TW, just made sure they shared their local contacts amongst themselves so that they could be made whole, and then just walked away from the situation THEY helped create! Never ever really going to bat for their audiences who they lead to TW in the first place. Now you mention it to them and they claim you are bringing negative vibes to their platform 🙄 A little sticktoitness and you’ve already gained traction, which is good for every collector out there that this helps! Justin’s Collection, Willfoxification, OneSixthMan, Onesixthmafia, Jehda Patrol, Figure Focus, and all the other channels spun from all of those. All they had to do was stand up for the community, but nope. Thanks for standing 10 toes down to be a decent human and friend to all those in the community that you don’t even know.

wow... good for you mate. I had ordered SW toys miss wong from them in May of last year and also got the same experience where it took them weeks to months before responding. The item has an estimated release date of Q4 2023 in their website and during the course of my back-and-forth emails with customer service, they say the item will release by End of February 2024. Last update I got from them was on March 14, and they still say item will release end of February even though it's already March. I replied back on March 27 asking for an update and until now no response (It's May already, almost 1 year since i placed the order) So I gave up and already filed a dispute with my bank, got my money back. I'm glad your issue got resolved and you got your order, but I don't think I would go through the hassle. Never buying from them again.

Congratulations on receiving your order!!! Sadly I was deceived after successfully receiving one figure, so had pre-ordered five more and have not received a single one. The first two they cancelled but did refund me, but it was months after I paid shipping and never received my orders despite them assuring me they were being worked on. They later told me they didn’t have the stock to fulfill my orders.
The third figure they cancelled on me they refused a refund, only store credit (that I will never use).
My last two orders I had shipping paid and received tracking last year, was told I’d get it in Q3 and Q4 of 2023. They have completely ignored my emails and private messages so as of today, still nothing and I’ve emailed numerous times just these past months.

Nice work Andrew! I was scammed by TW before. I had orders with value over 1300 euros. I got no figures or money. I went for PayPal and my bank and after a huge work, managed to get every penny back. Previously I was loyal customer of them but last two years... Oh man. I Never do business with them again. Im happy you got the figure 💪

I have not and will not ever order from Toys Wonderland, but it is nice to see that they are trying to change some things, and that you finally got your order! I watched in order to get a better grasp on what made them so controversial, and you have done a great job showing people their shortcomings. I hope this has helped everyone who still needs their figures and hopefully gives toys wonderland a kick in the ass to get things moving if they ever want to restore any sort of trust with their consumer base. Now ,from what I’ve heard ( by other YTers mainly and in the groups ) , when someone publicly outs Toys Wonderland , then they decide to send the ones who out them their stuff ,finally . And honestly i hope when my PO is ready by InArt , I truly hope I won’t have to do that in order to get my fully paid Aragorn figure I have there .
About their “ reform “ they’ve been promising it since at least half a year now ,and it’s way too inconsistent so far . Again , I truly hope I won’t have to go through the same headache you did in order to get my order .
And about Justin . I’ve noticed him and actually many others have put like a lot of words ,that once used the comment gets unpublished. On top of those YT has its own very broad words that it censures ,they don’t have to be remotely offensive . Usually on financial matters . Which makes it pretty hard to have a proper discussion on YT comment sections ,by my experience.
But I am guessing he has filters put on Toys Wonderland and related ,which if he doesn’t go back manually ,the thing will just disappear .
Which is a huge disservice to the community tbh ,because new collectors can’t be warned .
And you do good to point out Justin’s disclaimers give no real context of the dangers etc.

I think I'm still in shock that anything actually arrived! 4 out of the 5 figures I ordered have now arrived, which is somewhat of a miracle, meaning there is some (slight) hope for collectors. Just keep sending messages to Andy. I expect he has a huge backlog now that his contact details have been shared throughout the community. He has been my only form of communication for TW over the last 9 months, as all previous email comms went silent. I'll try to get my final outstanding figure sent too - but who knows? Good Luck to all of us. Please any newbies, NEVER order from TW.

@andrewhallab yes, I've heard of them, but never ordered from them. A brief story about me. I didn't join the party and get into the 1/6 scale figure game till 2021. I have all the Hot Toys War Machine figures, because he's one of the few favorite Marvel characters I really like. The reason why I got all my figures from Toys Wonderland, because at the time, they had everything I wanted in stock vs Sideshow Collectibles. So I took my business to TW. I feel like if Toys Wonderland has the product in stock, then it should be business as normal. Now the tracking number thing is concerning. But if you pre-order an item, who knows when you'll actually get that item. Will be in the same situation as you. The last item I purchased from TW was the 1/6 scale OG War Machine suite. I didn't pre-order it. Just waited till it became available. Was slightly cheaper also. But overall, all these videos are very concerning for TW. They've been fine with me, but maybe next time I could have issues with them. My bad for the long story.

I can appreciate what you are trying yo do for the community. When I first started collecting i did stumble upon Toys Wonderland and was interested but after seeing the reviews online, on social media, etc I said nope. Just wasn’t going to chance it. Even if they are trying to improve things, their reputation is completely ruined. I actually laugh when i see a new post on Facebook, etc from someone who ordered something from them and hasn’t received it or have gotten a response from them. Like dude, are you serious? Don’t you check the reviews, comments, etc etc saying not to order from them? I mean hell, this has been going on for years! I’m shocked they are even still in business tbh, any other place would of been shut down you would think. Occasionally you may see one or two posts saying “They sent me my figure!” But i still wouldn’t trust them let alone order from them.

Hi Andrew, I have a pre order which I partially paid, judging by the negative reputation, you think I should make a full payment and hope they send or make a police report in my country and try to get a dispute through my bank?
I would say no more payment to them and contact the bank. Let them know the situation and tell them you want to cancel the order and reverse the charge. You can show them evidence such as these videos but the bank may already be aware of them.
My 1973 Wolverine figure still is stuck on label created for two months. They never sent it and no reply to any of my emails. So much for them improving their service.

How long did shipping take once it was marked as shipped? I'm also from Australia so just trying to get a rough time frame. Same here from Australia. TW informed me it’s shipped on 29 May 2024 and provided with UPS shipping number. Until now UPS hasn’t received any items from TW. In between, TW also informed me it would be shipped by the end of June but never did. Not sure if they are going to fulfill their promises. Shall I wait for further or just contact my bank?

I'm so happy for you and the way you kept fighting for your item. At present I'm in the same situation as you, this was very informative and you handled it like a professional. I reached out to them about a figure from the Endgame movie, which was the wizard but unlicensed companies have to use a different name in my case the figure is called the SOUL GHOST and I ordered it way back in July 9 2021. They responded with their BS comment about waiting to her from company. I told them like you I would like the item I paid for and if you can't deliver just refund my money back. Still waiting for a response.

How old are the orders? You can check with your bank if they can help.
My orders from 2022 most of them have been released already. But when you do the payment option it's a separate company. When we reached out to them they told us there is nothing they can do. To be honest I just want my toys and a response from anyone

Hi Andrew, when I saw your video describing your experiences with Toys Wonderland, I thought my problem could be solved. I pre-ordered eight Hot Toys products from Toys Wonderland two years ago and I'm still yet to recieve anything. I emailed customer service more than ten times a month ago but they never responded. I sent multiple messages to the WhatsApp contact Andy Kwool from your video but he never responded. Now I really don’t know what to do. Is there any other way? Thank you.
You can try reporting to your bank and also continue to reach out to Toys Wonderland so they do not forget about you. You could also do what I did, which is make a TH-cam video about your experience.
I was in a similar position, I paid for an Iron patriot plus the exorbitant delivery fee and never received it nor any replies to my emails UNTILL the 19th of May which said that my order is on its way. They apologised for the delay and were upgrading my delivery to DHL express (which is what I already paid for). They were going to send me the dhl tracking information and to this day I haven’t heard anything back from them again.
I watched this video and thought screw it, I’ve sent them another email asking to replace the iron patriot (as I’ve bought it from someone else now) to a Batman (and included the MMS codes of 2 options for the same price) all as a gesture of good will.
I’m assuming my email will either go unanswered or I will be brushed off, either way I don’t expect anything from them.
I have no idea how they are still allowed to operate? Makes you wonder if the authorities over there just don’t care.

I had a 9mth payment plan with them for the Premier Toys 1/6 The Martian spacesuited figure. It was paid off as of one month ago. I have received NO communications from them whatsoever, and they have ignored every email that I have sent them. My Orders show the Status as "processing" (as it has since I placed the order months ago). And I tried the WhatsApp communication with Andy on May 5th (and a few times since) which generated no response. Worst of all, the page which had the figure on it has been giving a 404 error (not a sold out or anything - just a dead end, like it never existed) for quite a while now.
You could go to your bank to request a chargeback.

No, it's been days. I wonder if "Andy" is actually Philip Liu, the founder of Toys Wonderland who Justin from Justin's Collection was chummy with? I filed a complaint with the Hong Kong consumer council last night. Not that I expect it to accomplish much. Toys Wonderland has had my money for about two years now.

I ordered a Hot Toys - Black Widow via Toys Wonderland and i ended up emailing them 8+ times and not once did they reply? ..then, out of th blue, i received an email from the courier (UPS) that my parcel was on the way! ..yesterday my Black Widow arrived! - Yay! ..today i ordered another Hot Toys figure through Toys Wonderland.. their CS sucks big time at times.. their prices can be good.. to be fair to TW, as much as i bitch'n'nmoan about them, they come through most of the time. I say most of time, as i did have a spell where i cancelled all my TW orders in exchange for Store Credit.. TW delivered all the figures i spent my store credit on :)
After two years I got them to refund my preorders for store credit. I tried buying a couple of in stock figures with the credit about a month and a half ago and they just keep stringing me along. First they gave me a tracking number that didn’t work and then an ups tracking number that’s been stuck at “label created” for a week. I still wouldn’t advise buying from them to my worst enemy.

@@andrewhallab the tracking they gave me was September last year for an in stock figure. It was never sent. They then said mid February this year. I had two figures I was waiting on. That was sent and I did the same thing you did.
But the still in stock figure has never been shipped. I don’t have WhatsApp but got it and I can’t use it for some reason.

Hello Andrew, first I’d like to thank you for everything you’ve done to help everyone going through this difficult situation with Toys wonderland. My brother is going through the same ordeal and has made many attempts to contact them through all social media accounts and has had no success whatsoever. It’s been about two years now and he’s still waiting on his orders of the ghostbusters vehicle and the back to the future car as well. He has over 4,000$ invested already and still hasn’t received anything. Please if there’s anyway or any advice on how to go about this it would be greatly appreciated. Is this number posted really the owner? Which website should I go to for actual contact with someone who can help us or what kind of action should we take. Please can u help us?
Thanks for your kind words, it is much appreciated. You could do what I did which is having an email trail and contacting the bank and posting to their social media. The number is not from the owners to my understanding. You could even make a TH-cam video like I have (actually I have 3 videos on the topic).
Hi Andy, these videos have been extremely well presented and informative. I have attempted on numerous occasions to get in touch with TW regarding an order to no avail. Is the customer service email actually working?
I think so, but the response times have been bad.
Glad they delivered, but their behavior up untill recently has been reprehensible and i would never even consider ordering from them ever again.

I have rang through on the number on screen but no one has answered and the call does not go to message bank. No response from my emails since Dec. 2023.
We might have to be patient while Andy deals with a lot of calls. I know it is not what you want to hear. You can also look at other strategies we talked about in previous videos like going to your bank.
@@andrewhallab Yes, I have pretty much exhausted most other avenues, like you, my bank granted a good faith gesture but only on direct bank transactions, I have two Pay pal payments (larger amounts) they are not reimbursing and as I mentioned in my previous message, Pay pal will not assist. I will contact AFCA - Australian Financial Complaints Authority as advised by my bank in the hope they may influence Pay pal. It is a very sorry affair, the only way "Andy" will honour his customers, is, if he is publicly called out, such as you shown. I will persist with phone calls and emails in the hope that eventually I will receive satisfaction. Toys wonderland, never again, in fact I would avoid all pre orders completely. Happy Collecting.

Just an FYI,
Justin has posted multiple times on his Facebook, on his TH-cam, along with doing live chats. Justin has done a lot to let people know. I'm not sure what more you want him to do. He's been very public about what happened between him and Toys Wonderland.
He could allow comments on his videos, trim the sections of his video promoting them, add a disclaimer to all videos where he promoted them and explained why he is not affiliated in the disclaimer.
Justin is just trying his best to cover his ass and is playing the "I didn't know" guy, when he most likely did
Hello brother, I have 3 pre-sales with toyswonderland Inart Harry Potter deluxe version, Inart The Batman sculpted hair, Inart Superman, sometimes they respond to my messages to give me news of my package but two weeks ago they were supposed to send me an email to give me news of when they would start shipping my Inart The Batman order because they were supposed to send it already and I'm still waiting for an email, I've been sending them emails and messages but they didn't answer me. Would you give me some advice please 😿😿😿😿😿

Hi Andrew, i’m reaching out in your comment section to possibly get help. I ordered the Inart Joker with them and it was more than I could afford but i bought it because for as long as i can remember i’ve been trying to snipe the Dx11 joker but was never able to afford it. Toyswonderland has the payment plans in their site and when the Inart joker was put up for preordered i thought that the stars have aligned and i pulled the trigger. That was in 2022. The figure released last year and they even asked me to pay for the shipping which was the price of a regular Hot Toys figure. It’s been over a year now that i have been waiting for it to arrive. It says it’s been shipped and i’ve reached out to them numerous times. I had to use two different emails aswell because they stopped replying to my original one. I am now at a loss. Please, Any help would be appreciated.

i have sent multiple emails over the past 5 months to toys wonderland and they will not reply to me. They took 1500$ from me and never sent anything. ive been waiting so long and my bank wont charge back since its been so long.

Was just about to pull the trigger on a pre-order, So glad I went to TRUST PILOT. Absoloutly awful feedback. To be fair to Justin he does mention in all of his video TO DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, so he does slip in a disclaimer in every video to cover his arse lol.
Goodness, I have a lot of thoughts. I'm honestly really glad you got a better outcome than most, but I'd say this isn't good news at all, it's the absolute bare minimum! You paid for this three years ago and they likely sent it only because they don't want more "I was scammed" videos on TH-cam. I don't think if you hadn't had made these videos they would have looked twice at your order honestly, all these companies have one face for the TH-camrs and another face for everybody else, they just messed up with you by treating you like a normal ignorable customer first lol.
Regarding him not liking the word scam; when you take money for an item, don't send or pretend to send the item yet still refuse to refund people that's literally a scam, and sending those fake tracking details and fake delivery delay updates in order to push people past the usual refund window is also a scam. Thanks for talking about the hundreds of other people scammed by them at least lol.

It is all about how Toys Wonderland handles their outstanding orders. It received the money but failed to deliver the goods to its customers. Its CS did not respond follow-up emails. All these make its customers find ways to get their ordered goods back. No one knows the identity of the "Andy". Not reviewed all comments but it seems no one got an answer or the outstanding goods from this Andy recently.
