i have sent multiple emails over the past 5 months to toys wonderland and they will not reply to me. They took 1500$ from me and never sent anything. ive been waiting so long and my bank wont charge back since its been so long.

I think that Jazzinc should have tested this element before releasing this beast of a vehicle, LOL! Imagine if Batman had this problem getting on the Batwing on the movie...

I get where you are coming from but double the cost for 4.4 inches isn't compelling enough. I get that it's of scale but Hot Toys probably made a material decision to keep the cost sub $800 with the added features and accessories. However, I fault HT for featuring the shield since it's more of a protective shipping cover than a true accessory. The reprint has better shipping packaging instead of the skeletonized foam from the previous release. I wouldn't count the lack of a shield as a loss. Oddly, the collector community is being critical of this when (1) the cost is lower for a limited item and (2) hard core enthusiasts are building actual drivable '89 replicas. It's all relative based on finances.

Congratulations on receiving your order!!! Sadly I was deceived after successfully receiving one figure, so had pre-ordered five more and have not received a single one. The first two they cancelled but did refund me, but it was months after I paid shipping and never received my orders despite them assuring me they were being worked on. They later told me they didn’t have the stock to fulfill my orders. The third figure they cancelled on me they refused a refund, only store credit (that I will never use). My last two orders I had shipping paid and received tracking last year, was told I’d get it in Q3 and Q4 of 2023. They have completely ignored my emails and private messages so as of today, still nothing and I’ve emailed numerous times just these past months. Thanks for fighting the good fight though and sharing this for others…

I've scammed too with 2 pieces Aragorn and Gandalf , a hundred mails was send to the web page and none of them were answer....total scammers...Now they just change name but i guess is still the same company

I bought the soosoo toys RedHood figure a month ago and it hasn’t arrived yet. Am I cooked?

I also purchased MMS584 from them. I got it without issues. But that was before the fall of the company. They now opened another company, "Toys Apollo". Instead of ordering there, you can just flush your money down the toilet or light your cigarettes with it. Once they were legit, but they have turned to the dark side.

I have been scammed too. They own me a Hot toys delorean + fees shipping, and I will never get my money back. Shouldn't we assemble and get an HK lawyer ?

I'm going to give him a try hope this is legit. I sent him an invite. I actaully have a case open with Hong Customs. after 2+ years finally gor them to send some figures. in the 35 yaers i've been at my location, we've NEVER had issues with Porch Pirates. and wouldn't you know it, after years they start sending (probably because of the case). and 2x figures get stolen. i've been trying to contact themm to get the other sent. willing to even compromise so i can stop having 1/6 scake nightmares (I have a Fullt paid off rooted hair InArt Pattin-Bat with them :(

Just a heads up to your viewers. Toys Wonderland is now Toys Apollo. The scam continues under a new name. I'm glad you recieved your items but they continue to ignor my email request. I didn't try the WhatsAPP because I don't want to give them my contact list. My advice is to just stay away from these guys no matter what they change their name to.

I don't see good things when someone posts things about a big scammer company and has to feel blessed about things that's he paid for. This shit company holds more than 60.000 usd from collectors around the world and send just some figures to small numbers of people just for they post .I got mine because I traveled and fighting there to have my own stuff .. Scamers

I paid for a preorder figure and they haven’t shipped it yet. In the last several weeks, their IRL has changed two times to another name.

How long did shipping take once it was marked as shipped? I'm also from Australia so just trying to get a rough time frame. Just had my order marked as shipped but the tracking link with number they provided me does not work at the moment. They've said they set up the tracking number in advanced, but when I got on to my account its marked as "Shipped". Thanks :)

I have been doing some research the last couple of days....It seems that I have also been scammed, along with hundreds of people probably. Did you notice that they changed their name on their website? If I am not mistaken, it now says "Toys Apollo" when you go to the toyswonderland website......

This does not work I email they they no reply at all order a hottoys from them last year wenwu suit version they say its gonna be ship soon , they never ship it now they just ignored all my emails.

I try to contact the number but they haven’t replied yet.😢 I ordered from them two years ago and still haven’t received the figure. I stop getting reply from customer service after march and haven’t been able to contact them since. The worst part is I live in Hong Kong without time zone differences and I still can’t reach them. So this number my last hope.

My 1973 Wolverine figure still is stuck on label created for two months. They never sent it and no reply to any of my emails. So much for them improving their service.

I have 5 open orders that they still didn't deliver. I get almost no response on my messages. And if i get a reply then it's the standard BS that it is delayed! 🤬🤬 I wonder how i will get my money back since some orders are from 2 years ago

Hello Andrew, first I’d like to thank you for everything you’ve done to help everyone going through this difficult situation with Toys wonderland. My brother is going through the same ordeal and has made many attempts to contact them through all social media accounts and has had no success whatsoever. It’s been about two years now and he’s still waiting on his orders of the ghostbusters vehicle and the back to the future car as well. He has over 4,000$ invested already and still hasn’t received anything. Please if there’s anyway or any advice on how to go about this it would be greatly appreciated. Is this number posted really the owner? Which website should I go to for actual contact with someone who can help us or what kind of action should we take. Please can u help us?
