That Thresh's max health was visually being reduced on the health bar when he got hit instead of just current health. When he went back into fountain and healed, his health recovered but visually his max health was visually still stuck below where it should be. I imagine something about the hexflash caused that.
@@kil0_387 she's really damn strong , the Q with the buff is nuts in lane now , you can run comet and it will always hit like a malphite Q comet laning tried her 3 games since patch , solokilled level 2 to 4 every game , the base damage + comet scorch then just flash W auto Q ignite and you kill someone at 30/40% the passives hit more often now and her R actually heals quite a bit
10:53 that only missed b/c of the "elevation change" between river and jg. I don’t know what that mechanic adds to the game, it annoys me more than anything

Ult is only a buff if u hit all your possible hits, your initial hit got nerfed. On lv1 after hitting 1 shot it deals same damage as previously, lv2 3 R u get a bit more damage per shot than original (so it compensates damage loss initial shot). You do however get more shots, so Xerath rn is more noob friendly as but if you miss 1 shot you lose out on damage. This means your all in is worse e w q R is never long enough to stun them to hit all your R shots but as a trade off your more forgiving for missing a Shot when supporting from long range

He was kinda winning his lane. She died in hers and then wanted to collect the mid wave he setup. He would have lost a lot of XP. Also, Xerath is immobile. Top lane is long and he can be chased down. Another thing is Xerath's range on R - from mid, he can run in the edge of jungle and help with either fight top or preferably bot. Winning bot lane means objectives (dragon and also bot turret gives more gold). Champions like Xerath and Ziggs are basically a push bots. He is designed to clear waves from safe spot and help his team break turrets. This is best done from midlane.
Her Q is bugged right now. If you Q Flash the splash range becomes way too small. The splash can also be hilariously long range if you Q then immediately E backwards. She's an utter bugfest at the moment
