It is true, we had a kayle mid and me lilia jgl, bot and top feeding like crazy, but kayle and me stubbornly farming. The scariest part honestly was hoping kayle also kept not surrendering, cause they kept trying. Oh enemy jungler was a 26/0 rengar. When that became 27/1 rengar, we won immediatly
i never understood the hyper scaling champs. Unless there is money on the line like in tournaments, I dont see the point of getting absolutely battered for 30minutes and then winning in the next 3, but then again I havent played a ranked game for months now and just enjoy drafts and ARAM.
As a early game champ player I must say playing scaling champs feels so much better. You don't feel pressured to get a lead. Especially in low elo where no one know how to end games
@@twicethebaka5640 if u play ranked at gold(?)/emerald and above, you try to optimize, i think. Just for the fun of it, like i also play chess, you just want to play the best you can to see how you match up vs your opponents.. thats for some people the fun part of a game (as it is for me). In that sense, lategame champs give you a reward for holding on and strategically defending until you can go offensive with the kits you got. I could go in high detail about what i mean, but this isnt reddit haha. Tldr; its about defence/offense tactics and trying to fight your own team to not surr 😛🤣

2:00 tear Lillia is my go-to; I don’t mind trading a bit of tempo in lane for the ability to cast more down the line. That being said I’m bad at the game so take it with a grain of salt

Ton of people still have the mindset of "We are 2 kills behind game is over just open mid" because, granted, thats how the game used to be, but is not like that anymore. Game is a lot slower and its very easy to comeback with some mistakes. Gotta recalibrate your brains

7:18 I once heard that Caitlyn feels bad when you fall behind, only good when even or ahead, not sure if that’s true though. Also doesn’t cull put you at a disadvantage? Especially against Jhin since he’s a counter to her?
Caitlyn already has a bad mid game so if you fall behind and her it going to be really rough. Fortunately she does scale quite well though, so you can still bank on reaching your 3 item powerspike and start carrying from there.
