Colgera was probably my favorite boss fight in TotK (except for Ganondorf, of course) and this cover is just so beautiful and catchy it makes me wanna go hunt Colgera down in the Depths all over again

Of course! If you're in Europe, I'd recommend either Thomann or an Italian maker, for the US I'd recommend Songbird Ocarina!
