and they said that Melissa Joan Hart's cameo was "random". They must not have watched "Can't Hardly Wait.". She was in that movie and the "slow clap" was very much a part of that movie.

Chris Evans is so underrated as a comedy actor. He has perfect timing, the facial expressions, & he's not afraid to go out there & look absolutely ridiculous for the sake of the joke.
The girl they kept pausing for is actress Lacey Chabert. She is a parody of Jennifer Love Hewitt from Can't Hardy Wait. They were co-stars in Party of Five. I worked with Paul Gleason on a WB show. He is the one who played the principle on The Breakfast Club. He was so humble and down to earth. Ron Lester was also in Varsity Blues. He played, Reggie Ray in this film. Unfortunately they both passed away. Paul in 2006 and Ron in 2016. RIP
As others have mentioned this spoofs so many greats and is probably the best in the genre(my personal favorite), and yeah "She's all That" is the main theme here, but "Bring it On" is another great woven within. Mr T playing the Wise Janitor is comedy gold, and when the girl teaches the old granny how to kiss(Cruel Intentions), and her dentures drop down, OMG laugh riot. And the Tourette's girl leading the cheers, damn, to many great scenes to cover. But for those who have seen the original scenes, this movie is all the better for it, as they took what the OG parts did and turned them to 11.
Four main movies this uses as the base line for this movie, are "She's All That", "Varsity Blues", "Can't Hardly Wait" and "American Pie" with even a few 80s teen movie references.
The Rage Carry 2 is a movie spoofed in this one that people forget about. Although that was a horror movie, it was also a teen movie, and an under rated movie al together.

The stall scene is from Detroit Rock City. It's a really funny movie about high schoolers that go on a road trip and stop at nothing to see their favorite band...KISS. The Perfect Score is pretty underrated, especially for an MTV movie.
They need to react to it
I worked with Paul Gleason on a WB show. He is the one who played the principle on The Breakfast Club. He was so humble and down to earth. Ron Lester was also in Varsity Blues. He played, Reggie Ray in this film. Unfortunately they both passed away. Paul in 2006 and Ron in 2016. RIP
Watch Stripes. Absolute classic.
dude this cast ended up being fuckin stacked with both popular at the time stars, pre-big break mega stars, and prolific future tv stars!
The Marty being torn up is from the Movie Lucas. He doesn't get split in half but he does get hospitalized because of how bad he gets tackled
That’s from American Beauty 📹😂 5:52
Four main movies this uses as the base line for this movie, are "She's All That", "Varsity Blues", "Can't Hardly Wait" and "American Pie" with even a few 80s teen movie references.
5:51 You're looking for "American Beauty".
You two should watch "equilibrium" with Christian bale and taye diggs and sean Bean
The Rage Carry 2 is a movie spoofed in this one that people forget about. Although that was a horror movie, it was also a teen movie, and an under rated movie al together.
the bicycle kids at the end shouting "two dollars" is from John Cusack's 'Better Off Dead' and it's a classic 80s movie.
18:17 Yes, that is Clarissa/Sabrina/Melissa Joan Hart.
That wasn't from Mean Girls, this was out years before that. Watch Can't Hardly Wait. It's great and and you'll recognize some of the things parodied in this
Not years… only 3 years
@@nsasupporter7557 3 years is years.
@@planetoii maybe, but I consider “years” as being 5 or more
@@nsasupporter7557 "years" is anything more than 1. You're attaching a certain connotation and inflection, that you can't possibly accurately read from anyone else's words via internet text.
