Hello Amit. You have not noticed the month, it's 5th November 2018 and came into effect from August 2019 as UPSC result came at that very time, so it became effective from August 2019.

Sir, small correction for scheme 10 where you said 28 lakhs farmers will be provided with free mobiles but in PPT it's only 28 farmers. It's a small thing but may be during making notes people would note down same thing. Anyway very informative and helpful video. Thanks🙏🙏
