Gözleme/ Turkish flat bread with chicken filling
Ingredients:
For dough:
All purpose flour/ Maida : 2 cups ( 300 g)
Yogurt- 2 tablespoon
Oil - 1 & 1/2 tablespoon( Olive oil is the best)
Salt-3/4 teaspoon ( to taste)
Water- 80 ml - Add more if the dough is dry.( gradually add and combine to make a smooth & non sticky dough).
Filling:
Chicken- 200g ( boneless chicken cut into small pieces/ mince)
Salt-1/2 teaspoon(to taste)
Garlic-1/2 teaspoon ( finely chopped)
Onion-1 (finely chopped)
Chilli powder/ paprika-1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
Capsicum-1 tablespoon( finely chopped) ( optional)
Tomato- 2 tablespoon Finely chopped
Coriander leaves/ Cilantro- 1 tablespoon ( finely chopped)
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Oil -2 tablespoon for brushing
