no, I have not. If you don't mind the tennis bracelet being connected with a thick jump ring, then it will not be a problem. I've weld a very chunky chain on my wrist. It took about 3-4 days to get used to it because it was heavy and now I don't notice the weight at all.
I believe it was at 8w. I have a chart for power settings for various metals and gauges for jump ring thicknesses.
