Have you ever welded a tennis bracelet on?

no, I have not. If you don't mind the tennis bracelet being connected with a thick jump ring, then it will not be a problem. I've weld a very chunky chain on my wrist. It took about 3-4 days to get used to it because it was heavy and now I don't notice the weight at all.

@stonesandfindings what setting was the welder on for this demonstration?

I believe it was at 8w. I have a chart for power settings for various metals and gauges for jump ring thicknesses. However, when melting ends of chains, it will depend on the thickness of the ends once melted to get a base.

    Are you using argon gas?

no I am not in this video. Please also take a look at my video on full review of welding with and without argon gas. I do comparisons and show what you can do.
