and no theatrics and trying to be cute! Very professional, thanx so much. No one ever mentioned the flat side of the pliers. Haven't worked on jewelry for about 2 years so I forgot that, so important, less filing down when necessary. Your nails and hands are lovely too.
Great job, especially for your first video. Good instructions that are clear and easy to follow along with. And thank you for not obscuring your narration with unnecessary background music.
The rings are beautiful, my granddaughter loves rings! So happy I came across your channel today! Thank you for teaching your a wonderful teaching!!!! Liz x
Hi. My name is Amy. I’ve been making these rings. I live in Texas and I’m going to my first market days to sell my stuff. I don’t know if you could help me with pricing on these rings so I can get an idea what to charge. Any ways you’d let me know what you charge?
I think five to ten dollars is good cause u don’t want them to be to cheap or to expensive and depending on ur material and the pricing might change so as long as ur making profit it’s fine and depending on how long they take to make
@@amberm2777 I literally just saw that you replied. I apparently missed it. I did charge 10 and sold 3. The traffic was not good at all. It was a place starting new so not many people know about it but it was a good first time selling my stuff. I mostly sell resin things.
This was amazing! 😮❤ I never remotely thought making rings. And this morning, when I woke up, I was like I need to add something new to my artisan handmade collection for a Popup Shop I'm going to do. And bam this popped up on IG from a profile in my feed. But the video was so fast I couldn't understand what I saw. So I came here and found this video first listed. I am so greatful for this share. Thank You ❤

So happy to have found your channel at the beginning of your tutorial journey! I have always wanted to learn to wrap; after seeing this simple, pretty piece, I’m excited to give it a shot!
Hi Amy, I was impressed when you said you've been making wire jewelry in Las Vegas for 3 years. I like your video. You speak clearly and you are easy to follow. I'm on disability and need to feel useful and I need income. I want to know how you market your jewelry also. I don't want to sit on a corner waiting until someone wants to barter about price. I don't barter. So help me get where you are.🎉❤
What do you do when your jewelry rusts, as happened to me, since you are using copper wire to make jewelry? As I see everyone is using copper wire. My jewerly end up green. ☹️
hobby lobby :) you can get strands & packs of all sorts of beads including the crystal spheres. they’re not super pricey & they sometimes have phatty sales
Thank god, a tutorial without an intro and background music. A tutorial that actually teaches

Very nice. I made it too, but instead of cutting off the ends, I swirled it onto the band, making a tiny element. It's a fun one.

I always charge 2x material costs and then a little extra for the time it took to make it :)
I sell mine like that for $5
