Still Relevant in 2023? Canon 5D Mkii With a BG-E6 Battery Grip

Is the Canon 5D MKii still relevant in 2023? I think so! I just bought this grip, to make it easier to take vertical shots, and have dual batteries.

nice looking camera! i use phone for most everything
but its good to switch it ups
especially for photography and better zoom

Thanks! New in 2008, it was $2699, and it was the first DSLR camera to shoot 1080p video! I bought this last year for $330. Phones are useful though.

Why not. I occasionally use my pen olympus pen 3. Makes good pictures. I often wanted a battery grip for that.... Wrong camera for what i do 😅

I looked that up. Cool "older" camera! Nothing wrong with "old technology". Some of Canon's new cameras can take 120 frames per second! That's just ridiculous. My 5D Mkii featured in this video takes FOUR frames per second. Good enough for me, and 1000s of pros who used this camera back around 2007-2010!
