Thank so much for the beautiful trip. I recognize many of the places. I remember also going down to Cape Cod and Nantucket Island. They have a beautiful whaling museum there. So many things were easy to do when young and lived a hop over the border. ( went over the border of course to sightsee but also to do a little clothes shopping. Wear our new clothes back, sometimes layered- no not much to claim, put on a few pounds since we left, lobsters clams delicious, yup just a couple of very healthy well fed Canadian girls 😂 😂 . I always wanted to learn how to fly. I’m from the Atlantic provinces. Grew up and went to university in New Brunswick, and worked making house calls in Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick (travelled a lot in Main and New England) and now live on “The Rock” that is Newfoundland. A place that costs a fortune to get out of. 🤬 Love a good whale watching trip. Thanks Again

Bar Harbor was my jam. Right there at Acadia. We had crew vans out once a week because it was a favorite. Never saw a whale, jealous. Also never saw a moose, and was so bummed until I saw a staff video of one they almost hit. WHY ARE THEY SO BIG. Nope. Nevermind. Nope nope nope. Also your baby is so chill. That is a baby o would be cool with sitting next to on the plane!
Awesome video! Thanks much! My hubby & I went to Boothbay Harbor for our honeymoon & would be interested in seeing an aerial of that location. They filmed the musical “Carousel” there. We love Maine. Wish we had relocated there before getting old and becoming handicapped. Such a bounty of history, beauty and delicious seafoods😃😃😃‼️
Your little one was such a happy baby awesome videos I was up in Freeport a few weeks ago and did a tourist whale watch hated the long ride but got to see our first 2 whales ever even if only for 2 seconds that was pretty neat for the family . Thanks again for the great videos you make . Hope to settle on a area up there by spring we still cannot decide what part of Maine to settle in coast or inland. rockland or north of bar harbor. Guess we will figure it out eventually.
Thanks for the kind words! Means a lot! The bar harbor area Is probably the prettiest area in the state with the most to offer. You have ellsworth and bangor near by. If it were me I would try to avoid the high prices and summer traffic of the island and buy off the island but nearby. Ellsworth and the towns that neighbor it are great locations. Good luck!

Just west of Rockland not far at all, there were tons of them in the area. Looked like some of them would be good swimming holes. The big one in the video has a tunnel to drive in and out of. You can see it if you look close in the video. It was neat!
