I completely agree sir. However, people now have "emotional support" animals with them all the time. I am not knocking anyone's rights or needs, but I completely agree!
Unless it’s a service dog, no one should be allowed to take their dog to a grocery store. For that matter any store! I like animals but leave them at home where they belong while you are shopping. There are many people that can’t be around them due to allergies!
I do not approve of other people's animals around what will be my food ... I'm just old school that way. I can understand an occasional seeing-eye dog, but this has gotten out of hand in recent years. If you are so emotionally insecure that you need the animal 24x7, maybe you are not stable enough to be around the public.
In the almost 30 years I have been in the town l live in I've seen one dog, a service dog in a grocery store.
